OpenInfra is a scam. It has taken months and my fiber still isn't installed. Several months ago, they came to do the installation. The drilled a hole in my house and left the fiber hanging from it. After sever calls and emails, they finally buried the wire. A third appointment to get the power unit in my garage, and yet no wires run inside my house. No one answers when you call and no one replies to emails. But they do send you bills for service not provided. OpenInfra is a nightmare. Never sign up with them.
Wow. Saw the signage all over my neighborhood. With a 47% average to horrible rating I won't be signing up and referring my friends to this sight. Wow. Thank you for your honest reviews....
Cut our connection two times to try to trick us into signing a new agreement/contract within the current agreement/contract period, under the false premise that they only needed to update our personal information (with a small checkbox at the end that we would consent with "terms and conditions", which would replace all prior agreements). They had updated their terms on how they would be allowed to adjust the service fee (arbitrarily), but our contract was still valid for 1,5 years more with a set fee. This was a clear case of illegal deceit, and they did it twice. Both times I managed, not easily, to get the connection up and running again. Should have made a court case...
Took 2 (or was it 3?) years to get installation, even though they stated it was going to happen 1/2 a year away. Read the fineprint and expect it to take a lot longer than they say. It can take years and you can't get out of the contract at that point, google and you'll find the cases.
This a horrible, rotten company, stay away if you have the option. Or roll the dice and hope for the best.

The inatallation was supposed to be done earlier. However, when the team came, the installation of everything went smooth and as promised without any issues. The only thing is, that the cable in the garden is very close to the surface and at one point I can see the cable. But other than that, I cannot complain. I got a lot of clear information per mail and a person from Open Infra called me and asked me whether I am happy or I have to complain about something? I can recommend Open Infra.

Excellent business idea, excellent price point, almost excellent execution.
During the digging our fence and mail box were broken which in itself is understandbale - can happen. What is not understandable is that for over 4 months after several emails, calls etc the issue is not resolved and no feedback is received from the company.

Better than Suddenlink or AT&T by far here in the US. Open Infra saved my sanity I work from home and have way less stress and worry about my connection.

So,
Open infra.... Where to begin. When it works it is really good fiber. But when there is any issues there is usually at least 48 hours before anybody handles the issue. And if a weekend occurs during that time they will at the earliest send a technician monday morning.
We are located 30 mins outside Stockholm and since the fiber was installed a year ago we are now in our third outate lasting more than 48 hrs.
They "created" a mandatory service fee to all customers but this seems to have done nothing more than added money to their owners.
So. Yes. The service is excellent when it is working. but they are not aware how critical fiber/internet is in a modern house hold.
Edit: I actually checked. During the year since they activated my connection I have entered 5 tickets with them because the service have been down. 2 of them was unannounced disruptions during the they when they had technicians working in the area. One was 8 days of outage due to the fact that the fiber was installed to shallow and a tractor cut it of (Their "säker fiber" is just marketing speak). Then we had two days of unexplained outage. And now, currently the internet been out for two days without action and they have closed for the weekend.
Edit 2: This Sunday Ip Only had an outage in the area. They sent out a technician 8:00 on a Sunday morning. 2 hours after the outage started. Now 12:00 internet has been restored for their customers.
For us stuck with open infra It is now 3 days since they got the ticket. Their actions so far has been. Nothing.
(When it is working I have a super connection 950/115 mbit, 2ms)

Want to give -*
They dont deserve a star at all.
Never had a company that doesnt give any service at all.
The company that digged for them destroyed a electric cable and I have been back andforward for them to take responsebilaty for fixing the cable.
They promised to fix it…no worries
But now after 6/7 weeks, NOTHING
The costumerservice , projectledare …all promisses promisses .
Is this the swedish way to give service,
But if, or when the final invoice comes in the mailbox, you better pay within the 10 days or else.
(If I could post a vommiting smiley, I would……)

There are issues with the connectione every 2-3 days. No reliability at all. The only way one can work from home is to have additional mobile breadband.

They came to our house, installed the cable and box, and then nothing. No response to emails or phone calls. This company is an absolute joke.

Installation went really well. Everyone we've had contact with has been professional, competent, and helpful.

Intermittent Internet. Keeps cutting out for no apparent reason. And to open a service ticket you have to go online. I mean, what genius thought that up?

They are a dishonest company with predatory business practices. They are absolutely not transparent and expect you to read and understand a legal contract that only lawyers will understand. This is where they hide all the nonsense they will charge you for, for the rest of your life! Yes that's correct - if they install your fiber box, be prepared to pay them FOR LIFE - even if you stop using their internet service! Not to mention their service itself is terrible. I averaged 1/4 of the 1000Mbps speed they promised and that was when I was directly plugged in. And don't bother contacting them for customer service - they take several weeks to respond to simple questions. But they will contact you 300 times when it's time to renew of course.

Here in Northern Germany. I signed a contract for a fibre connection that was intended for my aunt, who is living in a house that legally belongs to my sister and me. After signing the contract my aunt fell seriously ill and won't be able to use an internet connection anymore. I'm trying for weeks now to get OpenInfra to show some flexibility by letting us out of the contract (2 weeks of rightful cancelation period already expired unfortunately). But not only is the only person that I'm in mail contact with, unable or unwilling to do anything, I also only get back mails in swedish when trying to contact them. Phone numbers are not reachable, no contact to superiors or a complaints section is given. The only thing they seem to be able to do is to hold on by any means to their contract (which obviously is their legal right) and to send out invoices about a contract cancellation fee, even though I didn't even cancel the contract formally. Additionally, the cancellation fee is higher than what they would have charged for a successful installation of the fibre connection.
They have promised 1GB internet. That was never the case (max 500Mb with download if you do it about 3.00 in the night). Lately speed was regularly about 1-2 Mb in the evening:

P.S. Since last time it became better, but still not going to follow why sometimes internet just disappears.
