Outstanding Service and Support
We were looking to secure a new financial facility to support our growth and initially found ourselves going from lender to lender, struggling to make informed comparisons between offers. That’s when we were introduced to John, and the experience couldn’t have been more different.
John took the time to understand our specific goals through a series of in-depth calls, and he then prepared a comprehensive presentation about our business. This was shared with a number of lenders on our behalf, saving us an immense amount of groundwork.
He came back to us with two competitive proposals, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. Once we chose a lender, John was with us every step of the way, sitting in on calls and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. This level of support and attention was far superior to what we’ve experienced with other brokers, who often disappeared after the initial introduction.
John’s expertise, dedication, and thoroughness made all the difference. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
