Simplifying agent experience
Website was extremely easy to navigate. Quote process was simple, quick, efficient. Only issue I had was a website error/portal error and wasn’t able to issue the policy on the effective date I needed. I was able to issue the policy next day, but with a new effective date. Other than that, Openly made this experience 10/10.

Easy quoting and binding process. One suggestion: it would be helpful to have the ability to list both named insureds together on the policy declarations page when they are married, rather than only having the second name appear within the body text. Mortgage companies and clients often look for both names to be clearly listed at the top of the Dec page.
