I was lured by their offer of lifetime use and unlimited words for their "AI unlimited lifetime" package for Rs 4999/ and enrolled. There was no receipt received! On mailing the customer support for confirmation, I received a reply that the subscription is now active. On checking, I noticed that they had instead given me a cheaper package ("AI pro lifetime" - limited to 500 k words and other limitations) that cost only Rs 3999/. I again wrote to them but now they are not responding. Either the whole thing is a scam or the customer care sucks! Do not fall for their offers on facebook / reels.
