I can’t stress enough my thanks to everyone that I dealt with at openonline. The whole process from start to finish has been brilliant, from dedicated workers that give you results. Everyone I spoke to was always totally honest with me and was really professional, it was a pleasure to do business with yourselves.

I Have other houses that one day I may come to sell and I feel you will definitely be my first port of call. An exceptional experience!

Having been called on a regular basis by a very pleasant person that was very reassuring and helpful, we decided to give them a try. However we never got a proof to sign off and the first we saw was that the property was listed on Rightmove at £25k less than what it was on with another agent. Having sent many emails and tried calling numerous times I could not get through to anyone. Even the phone lines went dead on me. Still trying to get in touch with someone after a week. Overall very disappointed with the service.

Cheyenne told me they had a large portfolio of landlords looking for properties wanting the current tenant in place. When they advertised it on websites such as Rightmove and Zoopla she explained that it was difficult to reach all their investors by phone and these websites would help capture more investors. Although I was sceptical, I agreed to proceed. When they sent me the ad for approval it was clear it was marketing everybody and did not clearly state this was an investor property with current tenant in situ. Even when I made it clear that this was unacceptable to Rianne, not much changed. I instructed them to remove the ad immediately and to get Cheyenne to call me to discuss. I wanted her to only market to portfolio of on file investors which she told me about. Both Rianne and Cheyenne are now ignoring my emails and Cheyenne is not calling me to discuss. I can only assume this is because they cannot deliver what they promised. It would have saved everyone's time if Cheyenne had been honest from the start. Needless to say I have emailed an instruction to cancel my contract to sell with this unprofessional company.
