Hi Julian,
Unfortunately account holders are unable to unsubscribe from transactional emails regarding contractual changes to their account. Openpay will always provide an unsubscribe link on our marketing emails though, to enable customers to stop receiving these types of communications.

Complete idiot, gave me the run around than after make purchases and paying them off they decided that I wasn't good enough for open pay and blocked my account. And know one can tell me WHY!!!
But Afterpay gives me $3000 same as Humm

I once gave Openpay a 5 star review, however I have just been told that their monthly fees are going up, up to $5 per FN due to cost of living.. I find this ridiculous, how does the cost of living effect them? It is us the consumers that are being effected by the increased cost of living not the lending companies. NOT HAPPY.

Openpay is the only way to pay
I think Openpay is great you can pay off in small amounts without breaking the bank. I also love the online feature where you can pick how much you pay over a certain amount of weeks or months. The only thing I don’t like is you always have to pay your 1st instalment straight away I think once you become a vip you shouldn’t have to do that but overall I love this company and wouldn’t use anyone else!!

Great company, very accessible and app is very easy to use. Love the idea of being able to use in store to pick up items on the day also love that you make your first payment on the day as it male's you feel closer to paying it off again!
