Horrible Customer Service… I bought a truck bed cover, and the cable from the locking mechanism. Ism was stretched… I am still trying to get a replacement cable two months later… Customer Service is horrible. They respond once a week… Please do not buy from them. You get what you pay for.

Horrible Customer Service.
Received the wrong Awning Lighting Kit (the most simplest of parts) and after 5-6 emails they said they would send the correct part, but still haven't received it months later... and now will not return emails.

Horrible experience purchasing winch. Zero costumer service after they immediately process your payment and showing the item in stock and ready for shipping. No response to email, no call back. Left with placing stop payment dispute of charge theu credit card. Appears to be nothing more than an offshore entity operating in the US with some customers receiving product drop shipped from China others receiving nothing and being on the receiving end of fraud. Do not be tricked by the slick online advertising or appealing pricing. Purchase from any one of several reputable online companies with history in the US.

They will send items that not check before selling and went i try to explain that it’s a mechanical issue not damaged they won’t exchange or refund your money the worst it’s my 1st time and last buying for them not recommended I had to accept I lost $700 :(

Avoid the scammer company. Hooked their winch up and it instantly ran away had to cut the wire before it damaged the bumper. To save money they're using substandard relays that stuck on and will require significant modification to make it a reliable winch this is not something that I'm going to end up keeping on my vehicle I'm going to end up throwing it away and going with the Harbor Freight unit which has Superior control relays and a cut-off switch that's included. Customer service takes forever to respond and it took them 6 weeks to mail me the winch from the point the purchase

It arrived damaged. Straight out of the box damaged. Sent pictures the same day and they sent me a replacement cover to do the repairs myself, not that they told me that, their instructions were unclear. I can barely lift this massive awning and they expect me to fix their mistake? They haven't even sent the tools to do it, just the cover. I will have to go buy those myself too. When I questioned them on an exchange instead, radio silence. Didn't respond. I explained that I could not do a repair like this because I live alone and it's too heavy and I am injured and on pain medication. They just sent me a tracking number with the replacement cover in response. If I had damaged it myself, fair. But this was straight out of the box like this. It's still sitting in the same place it was delivered and I rolled it over to get it out of the box because it is that heavy so there is no chance I could of damaged it. The box was damaged on arrival. NEVER EVER shop with them again. Absolutely a waste of money.

And the quality, absolutely dogs balls You get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Never again. Oh and they charge a fortune for postage then use the absolute worst courier they can get and wonder why their items arrive damaged. Disgusting business model. There's a reason they're the cheapest on the market. If I ever do get this thing exchanged or fixed, I will be removing all branding so noone else will know where it's from and won't make the same mistake.

This company is terrible, no customer service, it takes them forever to reply.
No help at all.
