Very poor user experience

Very poor user experience. Wallet needs forever reconnecting and support is nil and it’s not immediately easy to navigate. Plus its response times are appalling. Ethereum has a loooooong way to go.

Scam

Scam, avoid if you can

I wanted to set up an auction. They took money from my wallet, then said the operation failed, but they never returned the money.

I tried to set up a sale; they did the exact same thing.

The company took money for service never delivered. Unbelievable

Scam, scam , fraudsters, crooks

If it would be possible to give a negative rating I would give it. They are scammers, they literally stole a fee alleging it was due to technical issues and they refused to refund the money. Very disgusting behavior. How can Coinbase participate in their capital? These behaviors do not encourage the use of NFTs. I wonder whether a class action is viable as seems that others experienced the same fraud.

Awful and really confusing!!

Really confusing!!! Nothing is really clear. Made an offer on an NFT, had to wait 7 days and then it expired!!! The site didn't prompt me to do anything, yet it said the bid was 300% above base..... not really sure what that means either..... nothing is really explained or helpful. Also it duplicated my second offer 4 times.... It seems pretty rubbish considering all the hype. I'm sill not sure if I've bought what I wanted and its eight days later. However, I do know I haven't got the NFT I wanted, but my wallet is down 0.015 Eth (gas fees? .... I didn't buy/get anything!!!) They should get some tips from Amazon, because they aren't going to survive pushing out this confusing rubbish.

What can I say

What can I say, it’s legit and Open sea company. Head hunchos accept bribes for promotion. All this illegal activity done right in front of us. They don’t verify projects unless you lobby them a few ETH… for such a big company fraud is a something they don’t acknowledge. Everyday projects get re posted not from the original creator. I know personally a few people who got scammed. What does Opensea do…nothing. Instead they go on Twitter spaces to promote another project. As a decentralization is the fundamental of Crypto, they ignore all that. Image a small business doing this. What backlash would they get? Would they get audited? Of course they would, greed and power have corrupted them. Open sea is going to be in trouble soon… only a matter of time before a better platform comes out and they leave this unprofessional company…

Opensea.io is a SCAM !!!!

It is NOT user friendly. No customer support. I mean NO support. NON-EXISTANT! NONE WHATSOEVER. Very hard to maneuver to other pages. It says you can avoid paying their EXTREMLEY VERY HIGH 'GAS FEE' by creating a CREATE account, but it WON'T let you create one. It stalls and will NOT open. FAKE. SCAM! Stay away from this site.

Very good website

Very good website, they are the future of decentralized marketplace for NFTs. Need to educate people about how it works and why it's so expensive, but hopefully with eth 2.0 the gas fees will drastically decrease!!

Company ignoring IP takedown request

A seller on the website is selling the same class of products as me and is using my trademark. Sent the company a request to takedown the information due to trademark violation.
Company sent a glib reply that the user is not impersonating me and they can not help me.

Great NFT Marketplace

Most people just jump in and lose money, that's why there are so many bad reviews, you don't just instantly make loads of money, If you know what your doing, open sea is a great platform.

Love and hate this thing

I honestly both love and hate this platform.

It is the best market place by miles right now but hell does it break down every single day.

With the amount of coin they are making I am surprised their tech is so flimsy.

I minted several pieces of artwork and…

I minted several pieces of artwork and then attempted to sell however the process is not at all clear, I lost money for the so called one-off transaction fee and my work is still not listed. To make matters worse there is absolutely no useful support. I'm beginning to see from other reviews that it's probably best to steer-clear of Opensea and use another site!

Terrible management of starting fees

Trying to sell my first nftart and there is hidden fees for starting that are not explained on opensea.io and popup one time you want to publish a listing.
As well the synchronized metamask is poor. If it doesn't finish the transition you will have to paid a cancelation fee.
Helpdesk support is none just wiki
I really do not recommend this platform.
It has to be clear on the process to be acceptable.

Great NFT marketplace

Great NFT marketplace! but before minting NFTs there, you MUST educate yourselves. otherwise you may have some problems using it or might lose your funds. Its not scam or fraud. actually its working very well. although, needs some improvements!

No Support or Customer Service

All is so disorganized. I had an NFT on auction, when the auction expired they put it themselves on auction again at the price they decided by themselves. I complained, nobody is answering.
