I've been paying credit card on time
I've been paying credit card on time, for years! I got an increase in limit! I received the card but did not activate for personal reasons! Do yall know they opened the card and started charging me!! And still taking out my direct deposit!! I am LIVID cause they put a fraud charge on my cc they I did use but haven't it several months!!!! TALK ABOUT EMBARRASS 😡😡😡😡😡😡 I AM LIVID !! Talk to customer service and they said nothing they can do because its attached to my old card, they put fraud on!!!! I did not ACTIVATE that card!! How can they get away with this!!! My credit score was 679 now its bad!!!!

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam and has been completely unhelpful.
I created an account based on an advertised APR of 28%, but I was charged over $500, which seemed far higher than what I expected. When I contacted customer service to cancel, I was repeatedly given the runaround and could not get anyone to help me resolve the issue or cancel the account.
After multiple unsuccessful attempts to work with the company directly, I had to contact my bank and dispute the transaction. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company.

There is no way to contact from the app ,, - ,no phone or email for customer service. I have an unauthorized charge but I don't know how or who to get it . I found email online but don't know if it's legit same with email.
