DO NOT ORDER.
I placed an order almost one month ago and it never arrived. She doesn't answer dms or whatever and on social media she has some filters for scam comments. I am trying to have my money back from the bank and I hope to have them back because i spent so much on nothing.

I purchased a lily clip on the 4th of March as a birthday present, the website says expect shipping w/ tracking within 3-4 weeks.

On the 8th of April, I used their website UI to send an email requesting an update – nothing. On the 22nd, I sent an email asking for any updates – nothing.

I ultimately did a bank chargeback on the 12th of May (and won), I ask you guys to steer clear of Polina because she is just an outright scammer – do not trust whatsoever.

Scam. Waited months for order. Never arrived. No response on e-mails, dms or comments. She has comments about scam filtered out on socials.

I placed an order on 27th January and, over 7 weeks later, I have still not received my item or any meaningful update.

I have attempted to contact the company multiple times — 5 emails, several Instagram messages, and TikTok messages — and have received little to no response. This is despite the brand actively posting and launching new products on social media.

As a first-time customer, this has been extremely disappointing. I purchased the item for an upcoming event and have been left without it and without support.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items should be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. This has not been met.

I have now had to initiate a chargeback and will be reporting the matter to Trading Standards.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering. I hope the company improves its communication and customer service moving forward.
