I recently purchased the Ophena Magnetic Stirrups as a gift for someone but made an error in purchasing the S version instead of the PRO version. I contacted the support team at Ophena and was put in touch with Jessica. She attended to my matter urgently and put my shipment on hold, she provided me with a payment link for the top up as the variation I required was slightly more expensive. I proceeded to pay and she ensured the correct product was shipped right away. Very impressed with the product and customer service. Truly a rare sight this day and age. Will most certainly be purchasing more products.

I have been a long time window shopper of Ophena Magnetic stirrups but I finally took the plunge last May to purchase after chatting to a girl at a local show who had them. My mare can be quite 'spicy' & exuberant when we jump and feeling secure on her has always been my number 1 priority. All I can say is in the 4 years of riding her, I have NEVER felt so safe, so secure and so confident & happy in my lower leg position. They have helped with my riding, my communication with her and our progress in general. I don't know if I'll ever ride in another pair of stirrups again so if anyone is on the fence, just buy them - you won't regret it!!

Purchased a pair of magnetic stirrups for my wife for her show jumping. Great communication from Ophena, will comment on the stirrups once they are used in competition.

I was on the fence about ordering the magnet stirrups as there are still many disciplines where they aren't approved.

I bought them and I absolutely fell in love with them as not only did it improve my seat and keeping my stirrups but I felt more secure and safe on instances where my horse spooked/reared/bolted.

However the big appreciation moment happened this weekend whilst we were showjumping and my girth slipped. I usually show in my cheese grater stirrups but as we were showing and showjumping and the last time I'd been out I'd been jumping, I decided just to keep my ophena's on.

As we landed the third jump, my girth slipped and myself and my saddle went flying, I hit the deck and my horse panicked and bolted. If I had been in my normal show stirrups, I'm quite certain my ankle/foot would have got stuck and I would have been dragged.

I am SO, SO glad that I decided to take the risk and buy ophena's. I will never look back!

Made an order on the Ophena website, received items very quickly and the team responded to questions I had very promptly.

Upon arrival one of the products wasn’t quite right. My email was picked up promptly and the issue was resolved very quickly and relatively hassle free. Even tho a little problem with postage arose out of everyone’s control, we still received a replacement very quickly. Ordered from UK

Im a very anxious rider but ophena stirrups really reassure me. I have a horse thats pretty difficult, so when I loose a stirrup in one of those situations I usually get a little jumpy and nervous but with ophena magnetic stirrups that doesnt happen anymore because as soon as I loose a stirrup it snaps back on, really cant recommend this more!!!

The Ophena Pro Magnetic stirrups have been an absolute game changer for me. I was nervous at first given the price but Ophena were so helpful when I got in touch with them to ask some questions. They even signposted me to their ‘seconds’ so I could save some money and still benefit from the 60 trial. It felt like the risk was removed from buying with their hassle free returns and long trial period but from the first time I rode in them, I knew they were perfect for what I needed.

My questions was answered quickly about an exchange and new order.

My struggle has always been overflexible ankles so I kick the stirrups of me feet and forwards when I put too much weight in the stirrups, this makes the leathers spin etc so a nightmare on young horses who gets spooked by a sudden stirrup to the elbow or shoulder. Not with Ophena :-) they have also helped me correct my leg position in the stirrup and removed a bad habit of twitching my foot in the stirrup to change the placement. Only downside I have experienced is taking my foot of to dismount on horses who will not stand still and are not used to leg pressure for example trotting horses who are newly trained in riding.

I have recently had the Ophena magnetic stirrups on trial. I have found them to be an essential part of my safety equipment that I will always use while riding. They keep the ball of my foot connected to the stirrup which has increased my confidence and security in the saddle. Due to the open sided design I have no fear of my foot getting stuck if I were to have a fall. They are stylish and come beautifully packaged. In my opinion Ophena have designed the utmost in safety equipment for riders of all abilities.

Great company with amazing customer service. I own both the magnetic stirrups as well as the regular stirrups. I had a problem with the Ophena A stirrups and contacted customer service about it. I immediately received a reply. My stirrups were shipped to Ophena and were fixed (all costs covered by Ophena) within less than a week! Thank you Ophena for the great customer service (and the great stirrups :) )!

I was having an issue with my Ophena magnetic stirrups. I contacted Ophena and explained the problem. I received an email almost immediately with some possible solutions. I followed the advice and the problem was resolved.
