waiting for payment since 24-04-2021 still in processing

I can’t stress enough how painfully bad their service is. It’s not just that they will try to not pay you, but their website is terribly designed, full of bugs. Everything is horribly translated, I am forced to have my account in spanish even though I do not want to read fuckking spanish, which is unbelievably horribly translated. Their “help” desk is horrible too, they basically give you automated responses, that sound like if the guy behind the other screen was a robot trying to communicate with humans. Recently, I have made a withdrawal request which “takes 10 working days to process”, today it’s the 16th day and I have no news, they won’t even reply to my emails, they are completely ignoring me now. Absolutely horrible, I cannot believe how a known website like this can be so fuckking disgusting.

Completly waste of time they take 45 days to review and after that they declined your answers I have already worked on many sites but this is not legit so please avoid this

The biggest scam in survey history. They did not give me my money. Closed my account. Don't waste your time here.

It's good site for taking survey and doing polls. I got paid Paytm voucher of 250 and 500. It also gives Amazon voucher. You have to trust it and have patience. It will pays you definitely. Just be honest while taking survey. It's one of my favourite site. I love it

I was doing survey in this site about 6 months but they don't care about you. They put survey in review for 45 days and you can't redeem your point before that. Also they suspend your account without any proper reason. Not recommend seems like they're doing scam.

Been with these guys for close to 10yrs. Not a lot of surveys but the ones that did come through were generally ok. Then today out of the blue, I receive an email telling me my account had been permanently suspended. No reason why just a list of could bes. Absolutely disgusted, that I have been treated this way. I'm a 50yr old woman not a primary school prankster. Disgusting behaviour.

Opinion bureau is totally waste of time and response from their helpdesk is disgusting. Pl.don't open your account here.you won't get rewarded here infact they steal your earnings by giving unreasonable response. 45 days for redemption if you qualified their test then 15 days more to get gift card if you are lucky.you always screen out for no reason.careless helpdesk.its waste here investing your opinion.stay away from these.they are fraud..

I smelt a rat really, really, early on in my misguided adventures with this company.

It was clearly going to take huge amounts of time filling out surveys, etc, before The Computer Says No. Computer Says You Don't Pass Requirements. Even if you do pass the requirements, you will be paid pennies, and then have to wait a full 45 days before you can turn your peanuts into an Amazon voucher. A minimum of £10 is needed to do so. I suspect that by the time I would get anything out of this site, the issue of climate change would have been fully sorted.

Its clearly a waste of time. Spend your time reading these reviews and don't bother with that nonsense.

Also, although its clear that this site is based in India, I dread to think where their servers are. The moon maybe? This site is seriously SLOW. We are talking 30 seconds just to load up a page. That in itself is a big red flag.

I haven't subscribed to OB, I got 2 emails asking to complete a survey though. By trying to delete or change email preferences using link provided I'm getting nowhere. Does sound dodgy to me. I've seen lots of people here complaining and I can say you better join other webiste with less hassle.

So i had to answer with video recordings, and I completed it. However, after the survey, i tried to login 2 hours later and got a message , "your account is no longer with us" so deleted? With no payment, and unable to login again. If you want to register again, they simple respond with, they are not taking any registrations at this time. :(

Completed an Opinion Bureau (OB) survey through an offer wall. Obviously no account with OB. Survey never redirected back to the offer wall, thus no credit at the offer wall. Reached out to OB support, but they won't support any inquiry if there's no account with them. They claim the survey works, which means they don't support offer walls. Now I avoid them since they obviously don't cooperate.

Not a good start. Sign up few weeks ago. Every survey they email disqualify me after first question. Im now trying unsubscribe it or close the account. Waste of time in my opinion

i get surveys up to $15 and don't really get disqualified much. my payout took less than 30 day. its a great site in my opinion.

Not worth the time. I’m still waiting on my withdraw since april, I contacted them about it, and they say it will be done in a week. Few months later and I’m still waiting

3 months waiting for approve and then another months until you get your money... My last £2 pounds earned still not approved since July ROFL No answer from support either.

Good site but takes 45 days to make your balance withdrawable.
