Took Points Without Notifying me.

I started taking surveys from this company and everything has been find for some yrs. No problems with surveys or cashouts. They are prompt and on time. However, I recently noticed that the quality of surveys have gone down. Surveys ask you a questions that how many shoes do you have, then if you say nine, they ask you to list the category of shoes you have and how many you have in that category. Then on the next page it will start asking about YOUR shoes, only the shoes are not a category of shoes you indicated that you currently or have EVER had. Nor have you indicated that you know anything at all about these types of shoes. So you are forced to answer questions about something you know nothing about... maybe have never seen or heard about. Who's fault is that?

So today, after logging in to see my point balance, I see that several survey points have have been reversed for a list of surveys due to "quality checks". Okay, as I told them I will not complain. However, from now on, I will be taking screenshots of suspicious surveys, even recording me screen and sending this to them whenever I encounter problems. It seems tome that these companies just want to get as much of your info as possible, then throw up trip questions to cause problem so you are disqualified and then they get to make off with your info for free. No, I'm not buying the we don't keep your info if you don't finish or if the survey is disqualified. Really, you can't trust anyone these days...especially big corps. Now I am starting to have questions about opinion now, after all the time I've been a panelist I now have my answers questioned. It's ME? Well I guess of course it's me, they get more money from the big corps that sponsor the surveys than they do me. They only problem w/ that way of thinking is they negate to realize that if it weren't for the little lowly panelists who take the surveys they would be out of business.

It's really unprofessional that they did all of this w/out even sending me and email that they were taking the points. I would never have known if I hadn't logged into my acct. The silence speaks volumes in my opinion. Oh well, there are many many other survey companies that offer surveys to take. I surveys for fun and because it helps relieve stress and anxiety. So instead of fighting with them about it, I will just simply spend my time taking surveys form companies that appreciate and respect their panelists more. It's their right to take the points and it's my right to spend time doing surveys for a company I can trust.

I had my account hacked but no help from Customer Service

I had my account hacked and as soon as I realised, I changed my password. Since then I have had no emails and no response from their customer support. I have 5765 points and you only need 6000 to cash out. I have been with them since 2015 and never had any problem until now. I have contacted them several times but have not had a reply. Shockingly bad customer service. I don't want to lose the pints I have accumulated.

Customer lack of service STINKS ‼️

Very difficult to claim rewards ‼️ When I finally succeeded, after MANY months, my payments disappeared from Paypal within a nanosecond ‼️
Customer lack of service STINKS‼️
To add insult to injury, email notifications were in German - sadly, a language I don't understand
