Some surveys usually take 50% longer to complete then stated

It is good designed, easy to answer the surveys.

I think the questions get an understanding of my opinion on certain products knowing that they are brand products and my overall honesty with the questions

Have been a member for many many years without issue. Suddenly I was not able to withdraw, I queried this and got a generic answer about violating terms and conditions. So I queried this, asking what exactly have I done? Can it be rectified/addressed? etc I may have made a simple mistake or a mistype or something (which I can do on occasion without realizing). It was like being sent to jail without knowing what the conviction was! But no - I get a polite answer just saying to refer to the terms and conditions!!??? I want to know WHAT PART OF THE TS AND CS am I alleged to have violated??? And why cant this be addressed, and possibly rectified? At least I should know. And the worst thing is I have money that I had squirreled from a long time previous which they wont let me withdraw!

Interesting subject matter usually offered. Occasionally had some issues, however they were successfully resolved in a timely manner.

opinionworld is the worst out of all the survey companies I am with. You get right to the end of the survey and then they tell you that you aren't a great fit or dont qualify. They are a scam

The questions are interesting, they’re not too long and you don’t get screened out all the time cos you’re retired.

Interesting surveys, but time consuming for what you get in return. Great to pass the time on a rainy day

My experience with opinionworld is a very colourful indeed since they offer varied methods for participants like to earn more. I am thankful to be a part of their community.

Interesting don't mind helping out

At first surveys all were ok and i gained points, could redeem. SUDDENLY, INCORRECT LOGIN!! I reset many times and still say INCORRECT LOGIN which is IMPOSSIBLE I JUST CHANGED IT!!!

The site was easy to navigate. Questions are relevant to my experiences.
As I am retired it feels good to be using my cognitive skills.

i reckon the point's offered compared to the time taken do not seem to coincide. Just my thought's.

I had a very disappointing experience with Opinion World. My account was cancelled without any clear reason or prior warning, despite the fact that I had been a member for years with no previous issues. I did not receive any email explaining what rule was supposedly broken, nor was I given an opportunity to respond or appeal the decision.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and transparency. Access was simply removed, and when I queried it, I still wasn’t provided with a clear explanation. This feels unfair and unprofessional, especially for a platform that relies on users’ time and personal information.
If you value transparency, clear communication, and basic respect for long-term panel members, I would think twice before joining Opinion World.
