Don’t book anything with this company. Booked a boat tour from Cartagena - Tintipan island and the departure should be from 06:00 and arriving at 08:00.

This company lies systematically to its customers. They knew we had an elderly person with us who cannot walk properly anymore, they still neglected to mention a 1 km trek through a crowded beach when reserving, the guide (from another subcontracted agency, another fact they failed to mention) insisted we would have a boat for that traject.
Afterwards we found many complaints over the same issue online even from a long time ago, yet they haven't improved the information on their website. Customer service answered but did not offer a solution. There also were other problems like not providing proper information about the meeting point, which caused us to have to wade through a muddy clay road, ruining our shoes, and the bus driver driving very aggressively through traffic.
