Good, but advertise the fully loaded cost.
Great price and simple check out process. Disappointed firstly that there was only 1 in stock (for a co-op game that I wanted to play with my wife), and secondly to find there was a previously hidden transaction fee added at check-out.
Update: Thanks for the informative response - it's interesting to know more about the pricing & transaction mechanics. Whilst I understand your context around the visibility & variable nature of transaction fees, and whether or not to pass these on, I'd still generally advise against letting the customer experience the 'pain of purchase' twice in a single transaction. As low as the fee may be, the customer has made their peace with the money leaving their wallet at the point they hit 'check out', so adding additional cost beyond this point will rarely leave anything but a sour taste on completion of the sale... not the aim from a business standpoint if you wish to drive repeat custom! To your point, how you strike the balance between of profitability and transparency / experience is of course the challenge :-)
On reflection, I've increased my rating to 4 stars, as docking a star for stock levels was perhaps a little harsh. Thanks for the notice that you've restocked, however, you can see how taking an unnecessary double hit on the 'per transaction' (not 'per game') fee is unappealing, as low as it may be!

Thanks for the honest feedback Stubbsy, appreciate you taking the time to post it. While we don't have much immediate control over stock amounts (although we have more in stock of this product now), we do take your point regarding transaction fees on board.
As the fee is per order (not per game) and waivered when the cost of the order is above £3.50, we can't add the fee to the price of every game. This would probably create even more confusion.
Unlike many stores we keep that price incredibly low (20p) and remove it entirely after the order reaches more than £3.50. Cheaper orders can cost us more in fees than they cost to purchase so its an unfortunate necessity, we thought we'd reached a fair and transparent middle-ground but its clear in this case we have let you down.
We hope in future your experience is a more positive one with us. Thanks a lot for your custom and enjoy the game, it looks fun!

customer service not always perfect
Not happy with the customer service anymore. I had an issue with an order, did not get the key in the system. Although payment was fully authorized.
As there where maintenance in the shop I supposed they have a problem and wrote them that they could cancel the order, as I get the product elsewhere.
30 hours later they just told me, my order is fulfilled and if I have another issue. Yes, now there was a key.... which I don't need anymore. I don't mind the fact that problems happens….that I paid them money for ..in my case nothing….that happens. What I really disklike is this kind of reduced communication ..it gives a shady touch
meanwhile 11.6.21:
although it was not about getting a refund, It was more about the not helpful first answer and the communication...I really appreciate the follow up customer care communication and the solution. And so I think it's appropriate the re-consider my rating...so I do. Also I’m looking forward, that the site after maintenance might be a bit user-friendly and the contact-form, maybe come back.

First and foremost please allow me to apologise for the lack of support you received for the issue with your recent order. While no excuse, urgent maintenance has increased our support tickets and put a strain on our support team, whose priority focus right now is to make sure all orders are processed correctly and customers get the products they paid for.
We're unable to resell keys once they have been delivered to a customer for obvious reasons, on top of and because of that, we don't have a way to retract the key from your account. So usually we wouldn't offer a refund in situations where a working key has been delivered.
We are, however, aware that this situation is not your problem and are more than happy to offer a full refund in this instance. I will process this for you now and then reach out to you by email to confirm.
Again I apologise for the frustration and I assure you that we will use this feedback to do better as a team.

Quick Response, Fantastic Service and Prices!
Recently purchased a couple of games through their website. The site errored during the purchase and told me to try again. My PayPal didn't show the transaction had processed so I gave it another go. On the second go I received the same error, but this time both attempts were now reflected on my PayPal and I could see both transactions on my OP account as "processing." I sent an email to their customer service at like 3AM and reached out on their Discord the next morning. Within minutes I had a response to my email explaining that it was a website glitch, the duplicate order had been cancelled and refunded, and the first order had been confirmed and keys issued. Will definitely be using them again in the future and following their Discord going forward!
