A man named Nick walked me through the entire process then when the account wasn’t boosted he got it fixed within 40 minutes.

UPDATE: My order was finally fulfilled and Nick has reached out asking me to delete my negative reviews. I won't delete the review, but i will update to 3 stars. I received what i paid for but the customer service and communication was still very subpar!

Delivery time says 1-10 days, in the first 10
days i sent several emails and messages and received zero responses or communication. Day 10 i informed Nick that i would be reviewing negatively and requesting a refund with my bank due to absolutely ZERO replies to any messages. He responded immediately and said only "delivery time 15 days". When i questioned why this isn't made clear at the start when he takes my money, all i was told was "people are waiting 2-3 weeks". terrible customer service, will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future and recommend you do as well! i'm sure after this review i will never receive what i have purchased and i will just be out the money, but that's fine as long as i can spread the word of who not to shop with!!!

It’s been four weeks and still haven’t gotten what I paid for

Order update: Finally received my order. I’m giving three stars because they need to be more transparent with the wait times on their website. It says something like 2-3 days. Due to rockstars update, the wait time is actually 7-10 days, minimum. After day 17 they finally contacted me back, day 20 I had my order. Also, I paid for cash only, but still received over half my order in cars… now I have to wait to sale 1/day for the next 10 days…

It’s been more than 10 days since I have purchased a cash package for GTA and I still haven’t received it. I didn’t get any emails about the delivery process to my account and I have contacted the support crew multiple times and they haven’t responded to my message. I would guess since I haven’t received the money to my account I have gotten scammed. It doesn’t take more than 10 days to deliver cash into an account. I’m very mad and I would like to know where my Order has gone

They used to be very reliable. I ordered GTA money 2 weeks ago and they keep saying they’re gonna go through with it and they never do. They also got rid of Vbucks. Not reliable anymore
