We ordered food at 7:30pm and we didn’t…
We ordered food at 7:30pm and we didn’t receive our food till 10pm when I had to go and collect it myself because they had not looked at my order or made my order . Call them several time at 9 just checking how long the order will be got told we didn’t make order told them the order number and al the information yet they couldn’t find it . They said they would call back after checking no call back until we had to call 45 mins later and then at that time they checked the order and they seen we had orders at 7:30 and time then was 9:55 and I had to drive all the way to the ship to collect and we still paid for delivery . No happy at all with service and got made like we was lying at first . And got to the shop no one felt sorry fo us at all . Ridiculous

Nice food
The food was nice but there was not any chillies despite of having paid an extra 0.50£, and I had to collect the order myself since it took more time than expected.

Good but a downgrade from excellent. Prices rising fast too :(
I love this restaurant and used to order a lot from them . Unfortunately they increased their prices as well as minimum order and recently salt and pepper chicken is very tough, overcooked. It s a bit of a shame... ordering less as a consequence. Wish they go back to the top quality they used to do.
