After waiting almost a month for the sneakers they put in the wrong sneakers. I have brought 2 pairs in the past which were actually ok. Totally wrong shoes not even made by the company so I'm confused.

Took my money almost three months agos but can't help me figure out where my sandals are. A sham or incompetence -- who knows -- who cares. I'm out the cash and the shoes. Hoping for a refund. We'll see ...

Such a shame and a sham. I bought the cutest OPP sneakers over a decade ago, tbh not sure where, online or in a store while traveling. Tried to buy new pair two years ago. Figured they were recovering from pandemic issues so didn’t pursue.

Tried again two months ago, BECAUSE I REALLY LOVED THEM! They sent me the wrong color and I can’t send them back. The recipient on my credit card was Rebecca Schuelke. No big deal. I’ll spare details, after 27 emails back and forth with someone who never gave their name, I had to buy shoes i didn’t even need because they had no stock of any of the shoes I liked. I finally agreed on a pair. I had to ask about the difference I was owed. They wanted my bank routing and account number to refund me the difference, I said I’ll buy another pair of shoes to avoid giving me back info and another pair of shoes I didn’t need. They wanted to charge me a $15 shipping fee, I said no way, all this was not a result of any error on my part.

After several days and attempts at actually paying for this pair on their wonky site, it went through. I received a confirm email from PAYPAL!!!! Which I don’t even have and the name shows 邢台市笛亮装饰装修有限公司 xinghualishijin@puti... as the recipient. Done. A million other great companies and shoes out there, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I ordered a specific style / color croc shoes, they sent the correct style but not the correct color, They are not easy to deal with ( there in China ) Temp much easier to deal with And you can call there customer service not OPP fashion..I have learned a lesson......

They took my money and I never received the order details nor the shoes ! I wrote to the company and they never answer back.

Bad Shoes, they said I will get a refund since January and I still waitng,very bad customer service and the shoes are poor quality the value of the product is more expensive of what recieve

ALERT!!!! This company is a scam and is not the real company!! Realized after I placed order That this is not the OPP France!!! OPP FASHION is Scammers and Google needs to shut down this page.

SCAMMERS! PAID $70 FOR TWO PAIRS OF BOOTS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL AND INSTAGRAM IM AND THERE WAS NEVER A RESPONSE.

I placed a order on 5/12/23 ,it's a week later and I haven't received absolutely no information on my order other than it has been deducted out of my account. I've sent emails to no avail, still no response I've contacted pay pal which the payment process, no response. So at this point it's like I've been scammed and out of the money I used .so OPP FRANCE YOUR COMPANY SUCKS!

I liked the shoes, bought a pair - then the customer service was so bad when I wanted help , I thought I’d be scammed - the runners are ok - but not worth the terrible unhelpful customer service.
I’ll wear these runners until they die - but I tell people not worth it - don’t bother - customer service is dreadful -

Wouldn’t cancel my order on the same day because they wouldn’t tell me if they were Uggs so I wanted to cancel took 18 days to get to me so now I have to pay to ship them back. Not a good company at all. You can’t even get in touch with them. Never answer your emails Done with them

Awful company to deal with! Purchased trainers through this company as loved the design. Sadly shortly after purchase the trainers started to fall apart, contacted OPP to find out how to exchange but was informed I was outside the 30 day policy (trainers had been worn 5/6 times). Referred to me as “my dear” via email. Clearly Chinese con artists not French

These guys are a scam. I bought a $165 pair of shoes they I never received. Four months later, they’re still fabricating stories to PayPal as to why they can’t refund me. What a waste of time & money.

This company is an absolute scam. Do not buy their shoes!!!
They seem to purposely ship shoes that are too small then try to offer you a £20 refund to keep them (why would you keep £130 shoes that are too small??).
You have to ship to houston,US at vast expense and then never get the refund.
They are a Chinese company definitely not French.

Stay away! Tell your friends.

This is the second pair I have ordered from this company. The first pair were good. I ordered on the 3rd of May online around the 20th of May the order arrived wrong colour wrong size. Contacted the company, they offered for me to keep the shoes and they would give me a $30 voucher or I could return the shoes at my own expense to an address in Houston Texas from London England costing £33 postage they asked for photographs of the item copies of the tracking number and postage and still I am waiting for a refund of £127.00. Customer Care is abrupt if not rude and unhelpful. I suspect they are in China.

Over priced bad quality. Cool and unique design I'll give them that. Very uncomfortable shoes. Go with diadora or pantofola d'oro same price comfort and quality way better. I made a comment on their Instagram page and they blocked me. Company has nothing to do with france, cheap Chinese crap. Don't waste your money

Never again. Saw nice ad on Instagram, which drew me in. Should have done my research first. Down £100, with absolutely no communication from the company. Trainers arrived, too small even though my usual size. No info on how to return, several emails sent with no reply. Total and utter waste of my hard-earned money. Feeling very sore and cross. Website is in dodgy English – this is a scam.

This is a scam be warned. Shoes arrived 2 sizes too big and no way to return. They were made of faux leather, the care instructions in incomprehensible english. Money probably gone but they have a London address right round the corner from me on their website. Time to go and bang on a few doors.
