I’ve been robbed by this company.

Ordered a jacket yesterday morning. Paid over $100 to have the item overnight next day air delivery guaranteed by 10:30am. It’s 11:30 and no packages have arrived. I called fedex and found out that they have yet to even Receive the item from OppoSuits. This is a nightmare. They don’t even have a phone number to contact. Avoid this company at all costs! Epic disaster.

Horrible

I ordered the suit and it was supposed to come last week it still hasn't come. The sizing are unreasonable. They keep saying they'll find out about it but nothing ever happens. These deliveries would probably be way too late for my event.

Do not order from the official site: no service

Ordered 2 suits on Monday.
'Startrack - Next-Day Premium' delivery to ensure speedy reception.
It is Thursday and still no parcel. The delivery update is 'at depot'.
Not happy as my event is tomorrow and I will not have time to try before it, if it arrives at all.

I should have read reviews before buying from the official site.

Buy from a retailer that have the stock and proven record for delivery and customer service.

Avoid the official Opposuits website like the plague!

I am not looking forward to the shenanigans of requesting a refund...

Satisfied with product!

Recieved my suit today, haven't got the chance to test it yet, but first impressions are great! Great shipping. Support was responsive. If the size is right, suit fits very well. Definitely would recommend this suit for its price!

Passing on the torch

It's been five years now since my brother-in-law introduced me to the OppoSuit lifestyle. At first I thought who in there right mind would pay money for such ostentatious suit designs. The moment that first shipment arrived I knew he was on to something truly revolutionary. From the moment you slide the dust cover off your box to the moment you slide the self into their classic Oppo purple lined jacket you feel every level of care they put into their suits.
They work with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Ordered a size that doesn't fit just right? Send it back no worries and get the perfect fit. In all my time as a customer or a non official rep for the company I've only experienced one hiccup which Sabine the customer support manager quickly rectified.
Im thankful I looked passed my own first impressions of the company as recently when my aunt passed away after years of fighting Parkinson's disease I trusted No other suit company for her pallbearers and other family members and friends do honour her. As I carried my aunts ashes through the room full of over 300 close friends and family members the I felt confident that I looked spectacular for such a wonderful woman who gave so much to this world from the children in the family to her charity work with Opportunities Intentional. Thanks to OppoSuits timeless design and quality the only thing I left to worry about was making sure I didn't trip and end up wearing my aunt.

horrible experience

horrible experience, i purchased a suit a week before a party i needed it for with the 1 day shipping, it took a week and 2 days to come and i didn't have it for the party. the customer service agents were horrible and they wouldn't pay for my shipping costs on either ways. the shipping both ways cost me 45$ and as a company they say they can cover costs if it is an issue but they wont. never do business with them . it has been about 2 weeks since i mailed the suit back with one day shipping and i haven't received my refund. very upset with the customer service, especially because they is no phone number so you have to wait 24 hours for each response

Customer Support is missing

Customer Support is missing. I have ordered 6 of these suits, the last order (which had 2 suits that were part of a present for a friend), they sent me a suit which was clearly used, had dirt marks and stains. I contacted support with photos, they told me i had to go thru the hassle of organising the return and pay for it as well, and they would then refund me my money (which by the sounds of it on here, takes forever).

What i would of liked to have heared was this “we are so sorry, we will send out a replacement pronto, and organise courier to pick up the defective item, which should never have been sent out.

Explained to support how this was part of a present, and needed to be sorted fast, they couldnt of cared less.

I didn't hold out for much

I didn't hold out for much, but to my surprise the suit came in a professional box and dust sleeve so I was pleasantly surprised. It is advertised as a novelty suit but the quality of the material it OK and I measured my size and ordered the one nearest to mine and it fitted well and it came with a free tie so that was a bonus. My order took just a week and I'm over the moon with the order and service, will be ordering another soon

Option on the website to cancel an order and customer service refuse to cancel it instead expecting you to pay to get it returned I just refused delivery.

Terrible service and terrible site. The suits are nice but cheaper on other sites that have better customer service

Canadian Customer...

Canadian Customer and can attest to the other bad reviews. The return process does indeed need to be expeditious on your part if you order a bad size and yes, the sizing is crap. If you are a string bean you might fit in whatever slacks they send you and to their credit they do say the suits are cut for a slim fit but damn, the other guy was right, a Ken Doll's bits wouldn't fit in one of these even if you follow their size guide. The jackets have a very loose and sloppy arm for something "slim fit" and the arms are mounted quite low on the suit making movement look and feel very akward. Overall not impressed with sizing, cutting, or the return procedure. you get what you pay for with Oppo

Really surprised at the comments here, I was very impressed with the company.
The suit was delivered within 24 hours and fitted perfectly and when I sent another one back, I got an immediate refund.

Best suit I have ever owned

I wore this suit to my prom and got best dressed
If you follow the size guy correctly you shouldn't have any problems, I did my suit still fits fine and looks great. The suit is great quality and I love it, if your thinking about buying one I cannot recommend enough. Great suit, great buying experience will definitely be shopping again

Company doesn't respect legal…

Company doesn't respect legal responsibilities when they repeatedly sent wrong sized suit. Suit sizes are hopelessly wrong and company hides behind small print on website when it comes to refunds - which is irrelevant when it comes to legal position. So suits that don't measure up to ticketed size and a company that doesn't measure up to legal obligations. Avoid.

Total lack of customer service

We ordered 6 suits and 4 needed to be returned for different sizes. That is an issue in itself, but worse is the lack of customer service. Everything is done through email and it is not timely. Just to get a confirmation number to place the return took two days. My return was shipped on April 17 and not acknowledged until May 5. By then the items I needed were sold out. I reached out several times to customer service asking for a phone call and expressing my displeasure on the time frame. I was told I could purchase more suits and then get the refund when it came in. Why would I put out another $500 when The items are not satisfactory to begin with? My request to speak with a live human were ignored.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Suit is so small Im at a Loss for words. My 33in waist requires a 41in pants size based on their unethical size chart. Horrible customer service, they just keep saying they don't have your return yet and to just buy another suit and wait on your refund. There is no phone # only email. Its almost a scam. DONT BUY FROM HERE, IT WILL BE TOO SMALL AND YOU WILL MISS YOUR EVENT DATE ON ANY EXCHANGES.... Update ( It took over 3 weeks for them to receive and process my refund, if you decide to order from here order 1 month prior to your event) . My 2nd suit fit great but the hassle and unknown answers for 3 weeks was frustrating so Im keeping a 1 star)

Awful

I ordered a suit about a week ago, returned it the same day it arrived as it didn't fit. I am still waiting on my refund. I've sent about 4 emails now. I have the tracking information confirming it has arrived back to them. I'm just dissapointed. Definitely will not be ordering again. It's a terrible service. Quick to take your money, but taking forever to get it back. As there is no contract number, you just have to rely on email correspondence. It's terrible.

Diabolical Customer Services

The website and original order process is top notch. Nice website, clear images and useful tools such as sizing charts etc. The problems for me happened though when I ordered a suit, tried it on and it was an incorrect size. This was around 2 weeks before my works Christmas party at the time. The suit arrived, a bit too small so sent it back in it's original packing requesting an exchange for the next size up. I emailed the company to let them know what I was doing and the representative replied stating that due to the busy period, it would be best if I requested a refund and ordered a replacement from there. So that is what I did. 7 days later (7 days before my xmas party) still no sign of a refund despite sending signed evidence of the returned goods. They completely vanished off the face of the earth. I ordered an alternative from another company which was perfect. A week after the party (now 2 weeks since my suit was confirmed as delivered back to the company) there was still no reply to my escalated emails and no sign of a refund.

Finally, the Customer Care Manager got in touch with me and apologised furiously for the poor service and promised a quick refund from that point (which happened and is why the company avoids 1 star review) If you 100% know what you want, and just want a simple quick order then this company is great as the original suit arrived rapidly. Gosh help you though if you run into any need for an exchange, their after sales support is appalling and needs a great deal of work.

On the above basis, I could not recommend.
