Really good customer service
Had a problem with a gumshield I bought for my son. When I emailed, the customer services rep (Leanne, I think) offered to send two different alternatives free of charge for us to try instead, no quibbles or issues, and I received the replacements within a couple of days. Amazing service!

I had other mouthguards in the past that have been really hard, or awkward to mould yourself, but this was so easy and fits perfectly. Would definitely buy it again!

Speedy service
Even though we ordered the mouth guards just before Christmas, they were delivered really quickly. They were for my daughter and fit well, although she did have bit of trouble with the compression guard as she found it hard to bite down to mould the guard. She has used them in competition, though, and they were fine.

The night guard from this company was…
The night guard from this company was extremely painful, it seemed that the plastic shrank when it cooled, so that though it felt fine when it was setting, by the time it had set it was unbearable. Such a waste of time, though thankfully I wasn't charged, hence the two instead of one star

My son recently had braces fitted
My son recently had braces fitted, so we ordered an opro gold brace gum shield. Opro on my opinion is the only way to go for mouth guards for my son playing rugby. Easy to mould, guaranteed quality and last forever.
