Didn’t fit properly and fell out despite following instructions to the letter. Tried to do again and fit is worse, so clearly that’s a bad idea - be helpful to say it’s a bad idea! £30 wasted.

Great customer service
We haven't sent my son's gum and tooth impression off yet, so the mouth guard hasn't be made yet, but we have used this service before so I'm expecting it will be a great product just like it was last time. I just wanted to commend Opro on their customer service. Royal mail in our area are having major, major delivery issues. I phoned Opro when our home impression kit hadn't arrived as expected and they were beyond helpful and organised a new mouth guard to be sent out the very next day with a different courier. No questions asked. We have had problems with several parcels not being delivered due to the local issues with Royal Mail parcel delivery and I only wish all of the companies we've had to deal with would have been as good as Opro have been in dealing with their customers. It was fantastic to actually be able to talk to someone to explain the problem, so many companies have got rid of this service. So Opro please keep up the good work!
