OP Scooters 

SHAMEFUL! I bought a kick scooter with a disc brake that could not be assembled due to faulty construction. When I requested a replacement wheel, the shop asked if I could find a cheaper way to fix the problem and it would pay the cost. After diligently searching for an alternative for two months, and failing, I requested the replacement. After multiple requests, the shop has failed to respond and I’m left with a brake that does not work.

BEWARE! BEWARE! - This website should not be trading please don't be misled or taken in by very old reviews where it appeared that there was great customer service...

This company has taken a large amount of money from me (I am now using Section 75 to retrieve it) - Despite trying email, phone, text messaging, messaging, Chat, Website Form etc The company does not respond to any form of communication, there is nothing more disheartening than a company willing to take a customer's money but has no intention of fulfilling it's obligations. If this review saves even one person from a terrible experience then I at least will have managed to do one positive thing.

I can't say enough how happy I am with my new scooter. I absolutely love it. OP Scooters gave me good advice regarding what to get for my needs and it is a perfect fit. Communication was excellent. Shipping was better than I expected from UK to US. 5 stars.

We ordered a scooter for our child's birthday, but had an initial problem with the delivery. We were extremely concerned that the scooter wouldn't arrive in time, and having had bad experiences with larger retailers before, had little faith that the problem would be rectified quickly. However, Ondrej was absolutely fantastic, and pulled out all the stops to ensure we received the scooter in time. We are absolutely delighted with the price, the product and the quality of service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or purchase from OP Scooters again.

I found it online - good reviews, the best prices. Ondrej is really willing to help you and give you some good advice – amazing personal service. Better to give him a ring than write an email (it didn’t get through). My scooter came within 8 days I have made an order. Can warmly recomended.

Very helpful, would definitely recommend. I contacted them to ask how much assembly the scooter needed, and got an offer to assemble it and drive it 60 miles to where I live. Had a few issues with their emails not getting through, but despite that received the scooter fully assembled just a week after ordering it. Very good quality, rides wonderfully.

We found OP Scooters online, the reviews for service seemed good but unfortunately we're misleading. We ordered a scooter with a 2 - 3 week delivery estimate, and so after 2 and a half weeks I called for an update to see if there was an estimated delivery date - not being pushy, just wanted to know - but nobody answered or replied to the voicemail I left; I also text but again no joy. After a few more days I messaged the Facebook page for the store and was told later that day they'd have an update for me in 24 hours, but despite waiting three days I heard nothing. I chased them via Facebook again and the company were finally more responsive, I was told that the item I'd ordered was not yet even in the country and there was no delivery estimate. To be fair to OP Scooters they then offered us a few options for what was in their stock and they gave us a slight upgrade at no extra cost but despite being told this would be shipped immediately it was not posted for a further three days. What was received was in good order and seems of good quality but we didn't get it until just over 4 weeks after the initial purchase and I can't help but think that if I had not put so much effort into chasing them then I'd still very much be waiting, which I think is terrible given the price of the products being sold.
The scooter, built by Yedoo, is great but I wouldn't buy via OP Scooters again.

This has to be nothing but a 5 star rating. Initially I chose the website because its online shop was super easy to navigate, easier than a competitor's. The personal customer service that followed was absolutely outstanding. I bought my scooter from OP scooters because they got back to me quickly and offered really good advice as I couldn’t choose which model. The delivery was prompt and the scooter is wonderful. But your office advised me that assembly was very simple - just adjusting the handlebars and inserting the wheels. The scooter came in pieces and the manual advised professional assembly. I am lucky I have a kind neighbour with the requisite skills. Otherwise it would have sat in the box until I could find a bike shop that was not too busy to assemble it for me.

Which has been made possible by the greatness of op scooters and Ondrej. His customer service from start to finish Is second to none. He took the time to come to where I live so that I might try a scooter before committing to one. His passion and knowledge for all things scooters makes for matching the right scooter To the right person which he unequivocally has. My Boardy kick scooter is a little stunner and goes like a dream. (People have been stopping to ask me about it). He Even delivered it to me himself. Bought a Xootr from OP Scooters, arrived in a matter of days during the lockdown. Ondrej the owner is very helpful. Impressed with the level of service I ordered another scooter – a Boardy this time – from him the following week!
