Extremely helpful and responsive customer support staff members.

They scammed me and many others with their exit scam.
They kicked users with many funds out of their mailing list, so they didn't got informed about the closing in January.
All VGO skins they're used to selling for 2,5 each are worthless now.

They shut down with 1 day notice while i was abroad. Lost 150 USD

I dealt with them on two occassions. Once to buy, once to sell.
They charge hefty fees and force you to deposit more funds into the system and don't let you withdraw your full balance. They recently announced they were switching to a new platform and would be keeping all funds not cashed out. Already this just screamed scam. The email stated you could withdraw funds in any amount. As soon as I logged in I was greeted with a message that my account was locked and needed to verify with support. I begin this process and unlock my account. They force me into using 2FA just to withdraw the funds I was stuck leaving on the site. Not only that, they removed the only service I used to make the two transactions I used on the site, forcing me to open an account somewhere else. I go through all of that and get to the part to withdraw the funds and still cannot withdraw my balance despite having an email clearly stating I can withdraw all funds on the site. Support also mentioned the same thing in a ticket but then a different agent said too bad so sad. I tried reaching out on their twitter but they simply blocked me.
Bunch of scammers.

You have to provide passport identities and a copy of bills of your address just to withdraw a few bucks. Sorry. I do not trust these guys at all and everything is always complicated with that website.

The support is one of the fastest!
They wrote back after 6 min had past and the issue was solved after 10 min. Never seen such fast support and I was still treaded well!

if you lost or broke your phone with your google authenticator that has your opskins 2FA codes on it then you're really screwed say bye to it there's no way you can prove ownership to it especially if you created your account using steam that's a big F, the support will simply tell you we can do nothing about it, now i am locked out of my account by far the worst service I have ever used

OPSkins has one of the best support teams I have ever come across. They take between 5 minutes to 2 hours at the most to review and assist tickets, and they do a fantastic job making sure that you get what you need. Amazing job all around.
