20 years of IBS is now not an issue
20 years of IBS is now not an issue, I can absolutely recommend this product having been using them for over a year, I am able to eat a good healthy diet including cabbage and sprouts which before would have had me legging it to the toilet in minutes. The subscription service works best for me , I can forget about ordering, I have never had an issue with delivery, always on time so I never run out . Genuinely life changing for me .👍👍

Peace of mind for travel… and permission to overeat
Before travelling to the Middle East, I decided to start taking Optibac For Travel Abroad—and then gave my stomach a full cultural immersion. I happily enjoyed lamb with yoghurt, falafel and hummus on repeat, generous traditional breakfasts to start the day, camel‑milk ice cream (yes, really), and more street food than I probably should admit. Despite this very enthusiastic approach to eating, I had no food‑related issues at all during the trip. I returned to the UK feeling great, full of memories… and carrying a few deliciously earned extra kilograms as proof of how good the food was. A great travel companion if you want peace of mind and the freedom to enjoy every bite.
