So poor. Total waste of money. No response from customer service. Left them some scathing reviews on their (own) review page which bizarrely didn’t make it to their (independent) reviews. Annoyed that I didn’t check trustpilot first. Just cheap rubbish. Don’t buy it.

I would recommend buyers to be aware of their return policy and be certain when ordering. In the case of any issues the customer service is bad.
The glasses are good and affordable and shipping times were as expected.
And the website is easy to navigate and well designed.

Don’t waste your time and money of this cheap garbage. My glass frame broke after wearing them just two times. Worst product ever. Delivery was equally bad. Just an awful experience and I hope others don’t fall for their scam.

Initially my review was as follows,-
What a joke - would give zero stars if could.
Ordered Titanium rimmed glasses with blue colour lenses - they sent cheap as, clear plastic frame ($1 dollar store) - basically "toy glasses" - wish could add photo to show how bad and cheap these are.

Update, however the company did apologise for incorrect dispatch and have sent through the correct order (after 2 weeks) they arrived and - the frames are cheap and so flimsy not what you would expect, but the lenses are fine.
So have altered from 1 star to 2 stars on basis they did resend out order (for customer service only) but the quality is not good.

Will not order from them again

Scam! Ordered prescription glasses for distance, recieved dollar store reading glasses. When I complained they had a ton of excuses, all blambing me for their mistake. They refused to offer a refund but told me I could order more garbage from them at 30% off.

No response to emails, no product, and tracking number doesn't show anything and comes

Glasses broke within a few days, and it's impossible to contact this company. This is a useless outfit that is totally uninterested in the customer and only focused on grab-it-and-run; they'll be selling something else next week, and that will be a scam too.

Still waiting on order that hasnt even shipped yet!

Not only did they send me the wrong prescription, but when I reached out to customer service they just spent a week arguing with me about it so now I'm out 45 goddamn dollars on glasses I can't even wear. Not to mention the frames themselves (metal) were bent and felt like if I tried to bend them back they'd snap. -45/10 do NOT buy from them. Also I'm only leaving a review here because they made me sign up for a website to "approve" sending a review to their site which mysteriously disappeared days later and I wanna make sure people see this.

the glasses I ordered look just like the picture. 17 dollars for regular glasses 60 for sunglasses. Both are great for the price. I have no complaints.

when i order from Optical factor and i received email and they said that if i want to change the prescription so i email them and to tell them to cancel the order and Return the refund but i have not hear from them for 3 days . I am not happy with them at all. it cost me for 67 for that glasses. it is not worth it until i just find it out on monday morning .it makes me angry. DO NOT BUY FROM OPTICAL FACTOR AT ALL. THEY ARE FROM CHINA. THEY ARE RIP OFF

after seeing poor review i was a bit concerned, but thankfully im pleased. fast delivery only took 7 days from ordering to delivered to UK. prescription seems correct and am pleased specially at the price.

Poor customer service and you won’t be able to return your glasses. Beware!

I emailed my prescription, the glasses they sent me are wrong , I've asked them to rectify it and they've offered me 35% , I sent the same prescription to glasses direct and they've come back perfect , opticalfactor are basically saying I sent them the wrong prescription, they have sent me long sighted glasses , not short sighted , they said I should of stated long or short sight

After waiting a month for my glasses. The prescription was wrong. When I tried to contact them, they refused to take ownership for their mistake. When they ask for feed back they select what they post..... Such a scam, do business with someone you can trust. Don't get ripped off!

Stay away from this company. They do not reply to email, chat, or their own contact form. After they inform you of extra cost options, they change what they offered after you have paid them.

This company is a scam. Refuses to deliver product or refund the purchase that I never received.

I guess like many people, we only read reviews after there is a problem. I went to them specifically for reader style swimming goggles. I have plenty of regular goggles, I would never need to order goggles otherwise, They sent me a pair with no reader strength (2.0). I went on their chat and waited three days and they kept insisting I did not choose a strength-I did and asked where can I send a screen shot, no response. They sent me a screen shot of a completely different pair I never ordered and would only say "this is what you ordered". In addition, I could not open the screen shot they attached to the chat because a screen came up warning me it was a Phishing website. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see their "return policy". Do you see an address? They will not respond to you when you want to return the item, there is no address and they have to approve the return, so if they don't approve the return, you don't get to do one because there is no where to send it. I sent a total of 5 messages over 10 days asking to return, they stopped responding all together. Also, I tried to review them on their page and they REJECTED my review entirely. They sent a message that said this
"We only post reviews of good customers not ones that complain". Doing a little research, they STEAL reviews from legitimate sites like Swimoutlet.com. The same reviews with pics etc on are the site and I did notice no one reviewing mentioned the name of their site. SCAMMERS!!! Buy from anyone but them, promise they are ratchet!!!
I am on hold with my bank disputing this transaction as I am writing this review.

Avoid. Cheap quality. 2 pairs broke after less than 6 months. They don’t stand by their product, offering 35% discount instead of replacement or refund. Finally, they don’t allow bad reviews to be published on their website, which is highly questionable.
