It's the worst customer service and unprofessional. They will never send you a prepaid return postage even its their fault. STAY AWAY!!

Bought a pair of prescription sunglasses, was happy with them when they arrived. They spontaneously shattered - while on my face - in under two weeks. The company sent a replacement pair, which had a lens pop out within a week. Customer service has been terrible.
Save your time, your money, and quite possibly your eyes. Buy somewhere else.

Got distracted and accidentally ordered a prescription sunglasses. Immediately reached out to cancel. They responded by saying why I wanted to cancel. I gave them the reason, then they stopped responding. Several days later, I received an email stating that my setup would be blurry due to color and polarized combination. I again told the to cancel my order. They then stopped responding to my request. Scammer, stay away.

ordered 2 pair of glasses 12/23/24and never received them as of 2/3/25. Optical Factor is blaming the shipping company and said I need to contact. It is their shipping company!! They send pictures of a box laying in front of a barn in the snow and it says delivered to front door. been waiting on them to refund for over 3 weeks. Now they say they can not directly refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Please avoid this website, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. No seller communication after requesting a cancellation and have not heard back from them at all.

Definitely do not buy from this company. I ordered prescription safety glasses after a few weeks received them from China and glasses were useless. Lenses were only prescription right in the middle so everything was blurry unless I kept my eyes straight ahead. Contacted company and was told they were made correctly and they were going to do nothing about it.

Shipping takes forever. Comes from China. Cheap glasses. Feel like bad costume frames. Ordered brown sunglasses and got black frames with no tint lenses. Return policy is nonexistent. You can “apply” for a 50% refund only. Fo not buy from them! Just a ripoff site.

I placed two orders in total in past few months. The first order came later than expected (as being said 5-10 business days). The seconder order was placed in mid November and have never received any updated delivery status. Every time I chat with the AI assissant on online, I am always given the saame old information. If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible experience with this company. Very unprofessional when dealing with them via email, and wouldn’t offer any alternatives to ship my order during the Canada Post strike, so my order has been waiting for over 2 weeks to be shipped with no communications from the company. Even though there are multiple other shipping options available. However, they did offer to ship via FedEx if I paid an extra $30 once I reached out! Useless company, don’t bother ordering. It seems their products are bad quality anyway according to other reviews.

Although my shades took ages to arrive, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and style of my purchase which' Although not designer shades ', were a good price for what I received. Nice cycling glasses!
