Optics Trade blamed their supplier for 3 months for non-delivery. I emailed the supplier, and they had no outstanding orders from Optics Trade for 3 months. Optics trade made no attempt to source what I paid for, or its sitting in their warehouse lost. Order cancelled.

I ordered Bushnell TRS-125 Red Dot
I ordered Bushnell TRS-125 Red Dot Sight & Bushnell AR Optics 3x Magnifier last Aug 8, 2025. Unfortunately the items we’re not readily available so I needed to request for cancellation & refund.
Thankfully the Optics Trade team specially to Klemen who is very responsive and immediately taken care of my request and even proposed great alternatives.
In the future I will still use Optics trade for my sports & hobby needs because they offer great products and great customer service.

You also received a notification regarding this, but we are very sorry if this was not communicated clearly enough.
Once you contacted us, our team offered you the option to upgrade your order with available alternatives. We regret that you did not receive a timely follow-up afterwards. Please understand that on August 15th there is a public holiday in Slovenia, and our office was closed on that day. This is why you did not receive an immediate reply to your further messages.
As per your request, we have now cancelled your order and processed a refund of your payment back to your account. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.

I would like to receive a tracking and…
I would like to receive a tracking and order number as soon as possible. I didn't receive a tracking number when I bought the mount which is not right. I have already paid for the mount - December 21, 2024 - which was $536.15, I have waited more than a month now and the mount still hasn't arrived. This is unacceptable because I HAVE ALREADY PAID, and have not received a tracking or order number. I am considering calling my bank for fraud.

Always happy with products and prices
As a person ordering from overseas I was a bit skeptical at first, but Optics Trade put those questions to rest. They answered all my emails in a quick turn around. Products that needed to be ordered said 2-4 weeks were actually on time and arrived to the US in that time. Shipping was fast for the other products they had in stock. Prices are very competitive and in most cases better. I can't say enough good things when buying from OT.

It has been a month since I placed my…
It has been a month since I placed my order and the item has not been shipped out as of yet. At the time of placing my order, your website stated the item was in stock and will ship “in 1-3 days”. Since then it has been updated and now says “ships in 2-4 weeks”.
If it wasn’t for Nino who has patiently answered all my questions before placing the order, I would have already cancelled the order and looked for another option. But given the customer service experience, here I am patiently waiting.
