Brilliant from start to finish, quality friendly staff and fitter . Would recommend 👍🏼

Shocking customer service and quality.

Faulty door that can’t open with out full weight pulling or pushing on it depending which side you are on. This has been going on 5+ months with rude staff (Lee not the lady who answers the phone she is perfectly polite)
It is bowed in the centre of the opening side and that’s causing the problem, they are refusing to speak to us or replace it, frame had to be remade 5 times as that was a pile of rubbish, door scratched , window glass also scratched.

Optic installed the doors on our new build house and we have been experiencing issues with both the front door and rear bifold door since we moved in. The front door is rattling in the frame and letting in a lot of air and noise from outside, making it very drafty and not feeling secure. The bifold doors seem too tight to the frame and require a lot of force to open and close them.

We contacted them about it by email in March 2022 but have had nothing but lip service in five months. Our initial enquiry and subsequent regular follow-up emails and phone calls have resulted in absolutely no action whatsoever and there has been no communication about what the steps to resolving the problem is.

I am not impressed at all and need a resolution ASAP. I would be willing to wait for the work to be done but have been given no explanation for the delay. I am now considering getting a third party to come and fix the problem and to seek legal action to recoup the costs of doing so.

I would not recommend this service if you expect doors/windows to be fitted appropriately with any level of follow up care.

I was recently recommended Optic Windows and Doors by a friend and I am so glad I listened. I recently had a yellow composite door fitted with gold accessories and stained glass. I am super fussy, the yellow had to be the perfect yellow and the gold - a certain shade of gold and then the stained glass ..... It took me so long to decide on all the details. Optic we're so patient and made I was 100% happy with all my niche requests. So happy with my door and the fitter was amazing. Perfect Job - Thank you!!

I've recently had a new door fitted and from the moment I picked my door to having it fitted the service was second to none. My house already feels warmer and more secure. The best in the business. Thanks again!

Awful service - front door fitted that leaks water and the wind howls through house. Have emailed, called, sent pictures and still not sorted after months of trying. Very unhappy with this company and would definitely not recommend.

I initially emailed optic for a quote and they quoted me an estimate via email and after measurement the quote was the same! The girls in the office were lovely and arranged for the door to be measured up the next day. The lads who measured the door gave us an estimate of 6 weeks but the door was fitted in 5. They did a great job of fitting the door it’s really neat and tidy and great quality. They were here around 2.5 hours and did an amazing job! The old door and rubbish was also collected the next day. All round excellent service and I would 100% recommend them and use them again! Thanks to everyone involved!

Excellent Job from start to finish. Fitters turned up early and did not stop all day. The job was immaculately finished and they cleaned up all the mess and took away the rubbish. So happy with my new windows and sills. The whole team were professional & friendly and a big thanks to the girls in the office. Would highly recommend

Had a new double front door fitted for my mum. She couldn't speak more highly of the lads who came to do the job. Polite and efficient. The doors come on time and look amazing and change the look of the whole property. Fantastic work. Thanks to the whole team at Optic

Absolute joke of a company employs drivers who dont care at all about other road users, nearly got run over so he could get infront of 10+ cars

After getting several quotes we ordered our door with Optic. Excellent price, so pleased with new door. Fitted weeks ahead of timescale others quoted. Fitting went well, workmanship excellent. Would 110% recommend this company.

Had my new front door fitted today. From picking the door to instillation they have been lovley. Saving to replace bottom windows and would definitely go back to them.

Professional & friendly - windows & door have exceeded what were expecting & look brill. The fitters were great, the job was immaculately finished & they left the place so tidy you wouldn't have known they were there. Have already recommended & will continue to do so

I was looking for a local company that will give me a good product, hassle free service and competitive prices. The gentleman who measured the house was polite and very helpful, he gave me very useful recommendations. I have used Optic Windows and Doors numerous times since they started up this year. Brilliant service from start to finish. Windows arrived on time, I had to wait a couple of weeks for the door but that was because of the colour i wanted. They were all professionally fitted.
