Break your food habits

You can break food habits while consuming Optifast for a while and start fresh with a new eating routine. It's like going on a fast for a period of time. I use the vanilla drink and pour some coffee in it in the mornings and other drinks like chocolate during the day. In my opinion there could be more flavours for the savory section. Fast delivery and serious payment methods. You should try it!
