Don’t trust delivery promises

The first order came without the mount. It was not clear during the ordering process that I’d need one.

The second order has not arrived. It was purchased on a Wednesday with the promise it would arrived on the Thursday. This review is made on the Saturday after the order was made.

The web site claims 1 day, or same day, for purchase and delivery in Italy when over €49.90. This is not true.

These are my reasons for the low rating.

Regarding your first order, it appears you purchased an AirFlow cover without a mount. We'll review the clarity of the information on our website, but please note that we also offer complete kits (cover + mount) based on the type of vehicle, specifically to help avoid any confusion.

As for the "same-day delivery" wording, there was a translation error. We meant that orders placed before noon are processed on the same day. Thank you for pointing this out; we've already updated the wording on our website, which you can now check directly.

Very slow delivery

Very slow delivery, 11 days since i placed my order and it’s still in transit, and i supose it will take another week to arrive, if that’s the case

Excellent experience, great products

The order went smoothly, the dispatch was very fast and the delivery was express.
I must praise the website, which is very good, attractive and transparent. I found the products I needed without any problems, I only have one thing to criticize... there are so many products that I would like to have them all!! 😄

Worst purchase I’ve ever made.There is…

Worst purchase I’ve ever made.There is the issue of being sent wrong products twice. Ordered an iPhone 15 case and got a 14 case. The box just had a 15 sticker over the 14 both times. Filled out the online form no reply, emailed the info address no reply. Had to call Italy to get the correct email. Was told a iPhone 14 and 15 are the same. Finally got the right case sent. Did my first ride with it and my camera now doesn’t work, happens with my old iPhone but put it down to an old phone. So 2 phones down now. Plus I have to pay to send products back, which they sent in error?!!! Never should have changed from QuadLock….
