We had First Aid Training for work back in December before half term. It was 3 days and it was intensive. For someone who has always avoided the training due to being so bored in previous training sessions (with other suppliers), I actually had a great 3 days. I felt confident in my knowledge and ability once the 3 days were over. Toby was full of knowledge and used humour where appropriate, which always wins me over.

It was a great course with up-to-date, no nonsense information that kept me hooked. Therefore, I can only give 5* as I was dreading it. I ended up loving it. All my thanks to Toby!

Absolutely brilliant couple of days. Toby and Erica were extremely knowledgeable and I left the course brimming with information. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This was an excellent course in all regards. Toby, the instructor, is ex. army and not only very knowledgeable but clearly has plenty of hands on experience in remote first aid. The course was carefully structured, well paced and with a range of learning activities including plenty of scenarios to build confidence in dealing with a real situation. Erica, who played an endlessly patient casualty throughout, really helped make scenarios more realistic by responding to the treatment she received, good or bad, helping us to learn to react to a changing problem. As a team, Toby and Erica quickly established a relaxed and very positive environment in which we all felt able to contribute without fear of 'getting it wrong'. This, with the addition of good food and lots of opportunities to ask questions, made for a valuable and enjoyable two days.
