10/10 experience!

Honestly, it has been an amazing experience working with optimal print. They're much more affordable than the printing store nearby, are so convenient and the quality is amazing!! Also they have wonderful customer service. I have recommended many friends and will keep printing with them:)

Revised Review

Placed 2 orders for 3 photo books. first order, only 1 arrived with dialogue half cut off at bottom of page. 2nd book never arrived. 2nd order, arrived with dialogue half cut off at bottom page. both books showed the dialogue in the appropriate area prior to submission Have spent 1 month and a half trying to resolve issue via CHAT and have gotten nowhere.

After finally having a real person respond to my issues, instead of an AI bot. Optimalprint was able to fix the problem. I had to go back into my orders of the 3 albums and re-design the dialogue to a smaller size or have it all on 1 line in order for it to fit the page. Optimalprint then resent me my photo albums, at no cost to me. These albums were originally ordered in September and October of 2025. They were intended as Christmas presents. However, the finished and correct versions did not arrive until January 0f 2026. I will say that Optimalprint stood by their promise of me having total satisfaction, but the delays were an annoyance. They told me that the problem of my dialogue not fitting on the page was due to a production problem. Original submission showed the dialogue fitting in the designated area. If they can fix this issue, then I would recommend and continue to use Optimalprint as the finished product was excellent once I made the dialogue smaller.

Quick and simple

This product arrived way faster than expected, even though I have a rural address and was exactly what I wanted.

If I could give a 0 I would

If I could give a 0 I would. I have not received my order, but you have my money. This is not a good company. There is no way to contact a human being in customer support. My order # is 35257854 and the order cost was $169.76. It would really be nice if someone, a human someone, would get in touch with me so my Christmas presents might have a chance of getting here.

DO NOT ORDER 2026 CALENDARS

DO NOT ORDER 2026 Calendars from Optimalprint! I Placed an order expecting the box sizes the same as the previous year, but this year they are much smaller with an empty inch and a half long blank space boarder around the date boxes instead of filling out close to the edge. The live agent said to maximize it, but later realized Optimalprint has a fixed size now that is smaller then last years. The new layout looks really unprofessional. I loved this company last year but will no longer be ordering from them. I advise you to do the same. They also wouldn't refund me even though I showed them both years to compare. They said I should have checked more carefully instead of assuming they kept the boxes looking the same. Never thought they would shrink the boxes like that.

Cards look great

Cards look great, great designs, print and paper quality are decent. Good value on the Black Friday sale. It would nice nice if the interior design was a bit easier to customize using the website software. We wanted to put a collage of pictures inside, instead of one, but it was a bit of a pain to customize.

First of all, I kept receiving messages that the package would be delivered. Each day I would get another message saying it would be delivered. Frustrating! Eventually it was delivered and for the price, which I considered as high, the product was very underwhelming. I absolutely would not order again from your company.
