I made an order of 1 photo on the 23th…

I made an order of 1 photo on the 23th of november. It got lost somewhere at a dispatching center. I got in contact with Optimalprint, they made a new order. Now it got lost again. It is a Christmas present, and with an order more than one month before, there should be more than enough time. Hopefully Optimalprint can strange something, the order is still “underway”. I am in contact now, but all I receive is the standard mails.

It is a pity…Christmascard composition is wrong..and reorder too late.

It is a pity…several Christmascards before, were absolutely perfect and quick send... This time ( ordered 28-11-2025, received not the announced 3.12 but 8.12) the backside was not as I ordered… the two photo’s were both shifted too low…! So the composition was wrong..
I made a request ticket ( this was made, I have a number) , to reorder, resend… but they did not respond or confirm anything for one week now..! That is very disappointing… for paying the full bill for half work.
But today I wouldn’t wait longer in unsureness, and I had to send now the half wrong cards…to be a little bit on time with Christmas…
They will offcourse be busy around Christmas, but no reaction what to expect is not helpfully at all!
I am sad.

Update: Thank you for your reaction.
..although it is too late for Christmas, to use the opportunity of reprint, I appreciate your mail, where also is spoken about returning the costs of this half work. This they will do, thanks for that.
Hopefully this was only one time. Next year I will give it a try again.

The cards i received were different…

The cards i received were different from the design i made and ordered. Most of the text was missing. When I tried to contact the company they didn't react on my email. A second try via a chat tool was only answered by a computer, not by a human being. I understoon that the program made a "Ticket", so maybe i will get my christmas cards after chistmas. It's sad, I had good experiences with them the 5 years before.

Excellent quality printing at a very reasonable price!

Ordered wrong cards

Takes too long to deliver and no refund!

I had placed an order for wedding name cards. Unfortunately, they were not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, rendering them unusable for the event. Despite their stated 100% satisfaction guarantee, a refund for my order has been denied.

Not reliable

I placed an order with delivery date between 13 and 16 of December (a Christmas present). Nothing delivered yet, no information about the delay. Poor service, not reliable shop. I will never order anything there.

Delivery of the goods

Delivery of the goods
Optimal prints is using Postnord as courier and Postnord uses DPD and even though you're very specific by adding your delivery address where the goods supposedly need to be delivered; the communication between these 2 couriers is just delivering it to a general deposit nearby your address. What kind of service is this? And i still havent received the goods. Ordered 26/09 and today its 05/10. Tags for table arrangement down the drain. No thanks Optimalprint🤬
