Ordered paper and received confirmation of order which said a Dispatch email would follow and gave an estimated delivery date. No Dispatch email received. Delivery date came and went. Checked website for Order progress and it said 'No Orders are being taken'.
Paper eventually arrived out of the blue. No Invoice enclosed. Twice requested an Invoice and none was supplied. Very poor Customer Service.
