Salvador is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Made understanding what was required of us clear. We're older and not too tech savvy. I was also hoping for more help dealing with our State tax issues.

Mr Jose,
Was excellent with the support he showed. He was very thorough and thoughtful with options to bring my case up to date. I’ve been having trouble accessing the portal to sign documents and Jose assisted by pulling the documents needed and providing me with an alternative on getting them signed and back to Optima.
Jose also cc’d me on a service ticket to try and get my portal issue resolved. Excellent Customer support from Mr Jose who should be commended for his patience and care for the customer. I Thank you sir. Thank you Optima Tax relief.

A few service members did not give good information when I first started. Also some were hard to understand. All of my case managers were very helpful.

I reached out for help about my tax issues and optima tax relief didn’t help me accomplish anything and I’m very disappointed. They pretty much made me pay over 1500 dollars to basically tell me to set up a payment plan that I could have called and set up myself. That’s not any real Relife if you ask me.

I paid six or seven hundred dollars.I would have to look at my checkbook for them to do an investigation.I got one phone call back that said whoever did my taxes was wrong on my income by 15,000.I checked the information, and that is not true whatsoever, this company is fraudulent,In my opinion. They are of no help!! All they did is have me spend seven hundred dollars that I didn't have to spend for nothing. Still have the IRS breathing down my neck!! I paid with a credit card.I have disputed the charge.Hopefully, my credit card company can help me out.
