Big warning!

Big warning!! Their business idea is to scam people buying cars with a lot of hidden faults. Then when you ask them to fix problems because they give you a warranty they just refuse and laugh. Buy your car somewhere else. Watch out though because they change the company name on regular basis.

They are scammers!

They are scammers!! Sell broken cars which seem fine when take them for a test drive and then problems start. I took them to court and won it. It took me 2 years but it was worth it. When you buy a car from someone always put in a contract everything that you find suspicious and make them guarantee to fix it in written. Otherwise you might lose a court case. They run dirty business. Please be aware!

AVOID THESE COWBOYS

I was promised by the sales manager that the clutch problems that were apparent before purchasing the car ( it wouldn't go into gear) would be repaired before collection. Within a week of collecting the car the gears became very difficult to use. The fuel tank was leaking profusely. I sent a video to their office of the fuel pouring out. I have now been sent to two different garages and had to hire a car inbetween. Despite so called 'guarantees' this company have no intention of honouring their promises or 'guarantees'. Here we are 6 months later and nothing done. NEVER BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS. I am currently complaining to the consumer department at the town hall, issuing court proceedings and having to pay for the car to be repaired myself. Stay away at all costs

Was a pleasure dealing with Optimecar

Was a pleasure dealing with Optimecar. Extremely professional honest and delivered exactly the car discussed in the condition promised. I could not be happier with my vehicle or the purchase process. I spent many months looking elsewhere.I have also brought three more sales to Optimecar after recommending them to friends and family. The staff are extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between make and model options, that we would have never known, which allowed us to eventually make a fantastic choice. An exceptional experience.

We bought a car which seemed to suit…

We bought a car which seemed to suit our needs but on the way home we realised that there were a couple of problems with it. After almost 3 months we are still waiting for the after sales service to arrange a workshop appointment. We are very disappointed in the after sales service we have received, ignoring phone calls, endless emails & empty promises.

STAY AWAY!!!!

Paid a deposit on a car to 'Kay' in total faith that the car would be ready in "4 to 5" days. Waiting for a part which was arriving the next day. 6 days later after several messages and trying to call more than 10 times i had a voicemail saying he would ring in 10 minutes. 4.5 hours later another voicemail saying the wrong part had arrived.
After another 7 days later and many many ignored calls and messages still no car!
After a total of 16 days later we demanded our deposit back as we had no car and were just being ignored by this waste of time garage!!!! I understand things take time but it was the whole non existent customer service and the fact that he would not answer my calls or messages - not good when you need a car!! Dont waste your time here

terrible compagny

terrible compagny - never ever buy a used car there!
One year ago we bought a used Mini Cooper S - then there have been a lot of truble - new gearbox (3 month before Optime car get it fixed) new altonator was changed with a china-altonator which broke down after 1 week.
Now we have waited 4 month!!!! for moneyback for altonator/1 year warrenty of the gear-box and the original key for the car. we have contacted the compagny several time but they always tell you that it will be fixed in next week BUT nothing happen. Now we will contact a lowder so we can end the story.
We also found out that the car had been damaged in the rear-end - that Optime car never told us when we bought the car.
SO FIND ANOTHER COMPAGNY if you want to buy a used car!!!!!
