Optimhire was my first venture into the corporate world, they gave me an opportunity to prove myself when I was a fresher. I started out in a mere sales role and in 3.5 years I became a Product Manager. Not only is this company making a difference for candidates, but for clients and referral partners as well! Our Job Auto-Applier is helping candidates land job interviews much faster by filling out 100s of job applications for them automatically! I'm excited to continue my journey here.

Some of the applicants we received didn’t match the skills we marked as mandatory. We liked the ATS features, filtering in some cases need accuracy which can be very helpful. Could improve accuracy?

I really think this company is a scam company. A recruiter cold-contacted me asking me to fill in my professional experience. The job that was referenced did not match my skills at all. The information that she asked for could have easily been answered by a resume which she did not request.

I asked the recruiter to give me a link to her LinkedIn profile. She said she would not provide this as "We usually don't provide links to our linked in profiles". But her questionnaire was asking for my LinkedIn info.

🚫 Caution: Misleading Practices

We were initially approached by this company with the promise of payment for every resume uploaded and additional incentives upon candidate selection. Based on these assurances from the founders and sales team, we uploaded over 2 lakh resumes.

However, to date, we have not received a single payment. After candidates are selected, their status is often changed in the system in a way that prevents vendors or recruiters from claiming their commissions. This behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity.

It appears the platform is being used primarily for data collection from consultancies and freelance recruiters under false promises. We strongly advise others to verify the company's credibility and payment history before engaging in any collaboration.

I've been trying to get in touch with Optim Hire's Success Manager, Mustafa, for the past two days with no response. Despite multiple attempts, including booking a demo, no one showed up or followed up afterward. The lack of communication and accountability is disappointing. For a platform that positions itself as a hiring solution, the unresponsiveness raises serious concerns about their support and reliability. If someone serious about business then please call me at 630 306 0856.

Scraped my details from the internet, created an account without my permission, then started sending me unsolicited spam emails. Shady company.

This is a spam/scam company, they spam 3 of my email accounts and I've never signed up with them.

They emailed me a job posting and when I clicked the "unsubscribe" link, it first took a long time on a loading screen, and then opened up an account preferences page for an account I had never created. It had been filled with things scraped from LinkedIn. I requested that my account be deleted, and they claim to have done so, but I'm not exactly confident that they did so based on this introduction. I don't think I have a way to check if they did it other than trying to log in again, which would probably just re-scrape LinkedIn anyway.

Improve engagement with management, pay incentive well, improve database

They never give a job and call themselves a job portal. They don’t even pay their own recruiters just lure them with WFH oppurtunity and use them for their crap Website.

scam. never signed up. i clicked a "delete account" option and all it did was "verify my account." they probably have my password too

Scammers and spammers, created an account with my current employee email without my consent and then spammed me with jobs in India.

Scammers - they scrape linkedin profiles and create accounts without your permission, and proceed to spam you afterwards

First off, i didn't sign up for this. Not once, ever.
So i unsubbed using the link at the bottom ofthe email... which appears to have verified my signup now.
So next i 'spoke' with an online agent who, when requested that they remove me from their spam list, said 'he'd look into it'
I suggest they do more than look into it.... in Canada we have Something called CSTL - its anti-spam legislation ....and it comes with a 10K fine per incident.
