I was spoken to like a human being. Proper pleasure conversation and I was look after extremely well. I recommend Opts Healthcare Group to everyone I speak to as their service is brilliant,. Very attentive and the listen to you rather than talking at you.

I find optimise brilliant, from the beginning through diagnosis and after care, I could never of asked for a better experience.
I have not had one member of staff that I didn't feel comfortable speaking to, which is unusual for me as I usually find it really hard speaking to people in general.

Their care is quality standard and thorough and my experience was hassle free and fast.

The doctor was really helpful and friendly as always

Really happy that I have found a service that I can rely on. Dealt with quite a few different people, and they have all been really helpful.

Optimise really have given me a life line in terms of hope, future and achieving my goals by taking on the challenges that have ruled my life.

Excellent experience with them so far I'm only 19 years old, very understanding, answer any worries I might have. We are doing trials at the moment to see what works best for me. I'm very happy with their service so far.

Brilliant once again my appointment was zoom but Dave aloud me to go in as I had some concerns which Dave explained where nothing to worry about and I wasn't rushed he also aloud me plenty of time to trial a stronger tablet which he convinced me to try after I wasn't too sure turns out he was right go figure 🤔# over thinking 😂 anyway cheers to optimise thanks

I had my second diagnostic assessment with a gentleman who not once judged me in anyway even though my risk behaviours have been out of control recently, showed empathy, professionalism and understanding at all times. One thing I genuinely give my respect to is the way that he spoke to my mother in the assessment, showed compassion and respect consistently!
This is just my own opinion of the assessment of how it was conducted, we even had a toilet break which no other company has ever allowed, completely down to earth and showed that he was a human like myself.

I highly recommend this company.

I can only speak for myself.
If my husband wasn't techy, perhaps I'd have messed up the accessing of assessments. As it was, he is, and all was well.
Once accessed, I was treated with great patience and respect by the lovely Assessors, especially Nithya (I think that's the spelling).
I was made to feel more relaxed when given the good advice of the Assessor regarding medication.
I was also surprised at my outcome being delivered straight after the final assessment.
Perhaps that's my age, I remember when patients were spoken over.
Times have moved on from that and I am so grateful that they have.

I received my autism and ADHD in June 2024 and I have been under review for my ADHD medication since. Fab company and would recommend.

I had my appointment with Dr Nazir after finishing TMS, treatment for depression. I've lived with it for 37 years and this is the best I've felt in all those years. I would definitely recommend TMS and Optimise Healthcare. I can't thank them enough.
