Do no not fall for the very suspect 5* reviews. This service is essentially a scam. I purchased a day 2 arrival PCR for coming back from Malta. Despite evidence that it should have been posted, the company attempted to tell me it was 'click and collect' - despite a receipt saying otherwise. They refused to even consider partial refund, and, despite recorded telephone conversations where they acknowledged themselves that the process was 'confusing', they still took absolutely no responsibility. Eventually got a refund through my credit card chargeback as I proved I was not to blame. The customer service throughout was generally poor.

No results during or after Christmas period- no customer service at all
I got a 2 day test for the 23rd December. Put it on the post that same day.
Never heard from Optimized Body & Mind again.
To be fair, I forgot to register the kit buuuuut (very big buuuut) they still have enough details to get back to the paying customer that will be waiting for the results to move on with their life.
I contacted customer services after the christmas period through their web form and I'm still waiting for an answer.

Thanks for nothing. Never again.

It is very important to register your own unique barcode to your details, without this being done by clients we can not know which barcode belongs to which client. This is why we tell everyone and send leaflets with every swab that is done at home or click and collect to please follow the instructions. didnt send day 2 tests out until day 3 finally arrived on day 8, given meant to be day 2 tests had to go elsewhere to have done to return to work. ever since december have failed to return any correspondence or refund and if you leave negative comment on their facebook page they will block you from commenting within seconds amazing how you can attend to such comments with speed but not emails or refunds. sham company avoid avoid avoid.. regards companys reply totally empty offer as they still have nor replied to emails which was made clear on initial review. guess fact your paying for fake reviews sums it up.
