The worst services I’ve ever gotten for being 25 years with Optimum. Internet service is horrible. They start with them doing a troubleshooting. Which don’t help at all ….I do that myself. I will be looking into other providers. I am not happy at all with Optimum. Their services is horrible. Then they don’t even want to credit you a little something just for all the aggravation & stress you have to go through. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

What a shambles of misinformation and downright lies as to billing practices even before installation. Talked with Ahmed, the CSR. Never the same story. Always more money needed. READ THEIR HORRIBLE REVIEWS. AVOID Opitimum at all costs and avoid peril to your bank account or credit card. They will steal.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Optimum’s sales agent. I was misled and pressured into purchasing a phone under false pretenses. The agent provided inaccurate information about plans, costs, and benefits, making it seem like I had no other option.

This was not a simple misunderstanding—it was deliberate misguidance. I trusted the representative to provide honest information, but instead, I was tricked into making a purchase I did not want.

Optimum needs to take responsibility for the unethical practices of their staff. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not manipulation. I strongly advise anyone considering Optimum to think twice and be extremely cautious.

This experience has left me frustrated and regretting my decision. Companies should be held accountable for deceptive sales tactics, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.
