Pathetic customer service
When you want to stop your service, it takes multiple calls and hours of your time. Document all conversations as you will be going back and forth with different people/departments.
No consistent policy. NEVER SIGN UP for Optimum service.

Optimum is actually the worst. I was a costumer for 4+ years. I moved & had to quit my services due to the new place having WiFi included. I wanted to end on good terms, because I was planing on getting back on with them when I move again… had none of their equipment. They refused to let me go, many many phone calls later I was finally released. Then, they turned around and charged me for equipment anyway… after confirming that none of it was theirs. Will never return as a costumer! :)

Went back a week later and were told that we were never turned away the week prior.... by the same guy who worked with us...what a liar...
When I called him a liar(no raised voices) another girl came barging over and said she was calling the police....Please lady... I'm a retired officer and know the law... I never threatened anyone. Just called a spade a spade... They gave us the wrong number to call to cancel our phone line and told us to leave... We left and went home and signed up with PureTalk and couldn't be happier... DON"T USE OPTIMUM MOBILE... too many dropped calls and have to reboot when you walk away from WIFI,,, and don't forget the rude employees...
