I took my Motorola Moto One phone to Optimum to establish service
I already have internet and was trying to save money by bundling
Unbeknownst to me the dirt bag Edgar P. that set up my service failed to mention that my phone is not compatible (It is an unlocked phone purchased new from a reputable brick and mortar retailer)
Instead this sleazebag falsified the information linked to my phone registering my phone as a Samsung A14 which I obviously do not have
This SOB knew I would have nothing but problems attempting to use my phone
I cannot make calls,text and know for a fact that I am not receiving important emails
This is going to Superior Court
I will not tolerate being deceived and the Hell I have gone thru because of this creep will not go unpunished
He needs to be fired and I need to be compensated for my pain and suffering
It has taken me a full week to finally get to the bottom of this and I am taking legal action😡
And Yes I Have Proof To Validate What I Am Telling You Receipts and All🤬🤬🤬
