This company has been ignoring my emails and I have paid thousands only to keep getting told to send more money
Not happy here

Mike’s dedication, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a significant difference in the service received . His responsiveness and in-depth knowledge have truly set him apart from previous account managers.

In addition, I want to highlight the incredible support team, Katrina, Zoe and John, who consistently deliver a premium service experience. Their professionalism and commitment to providing top-notch assistance have been invaluable to my business. Together, they create a seamless experience that I can always rely on.

Terrible company, they will tie your business up and won't give you your money. exploiting vulnerable businesses for financial gain.

Optimum provide an excellent service. Always someone available to discuss any queries. A friendly yet professional service. You are treated on an individual basis and your requirements are dealt with individually, meaning its not a generic answer from a computer. This really helps us as a small business and Optimum are always trying to help us where ever they can. I highly recommend Optimum

During my previous career as a consultant I have had close dealings with perhaps 5 or 6 of the other major funders in the market and Optimum Finance is by far my first choice to do business with because as well as the above, from a commercial and practical perspective, their charges are competitive, their system is intuitive and simple to navigate and they are able to take a flexible and pragmatic approach to any challenges you may have. The key to any good relationship is communication and Optimum excel in this area.

We have been using Optimum services for a very long time. During this time they have been excellent from top to bottom, all staff are very professional, friendly and efficient. I cannot fault them one bit and would recommend them very highly.

Simon, Abi, Kerry and the whole team are absolutely amazing! The quality of the service is absolutely superb! We could not have had the success we have had if it was not for Optimum Finance! Optimum manage to combine being both friendly and professional. There's always a human being available to talk to, with whom we have a relationship, and their approach is pragmatic and flexible. There's never any sense of "computer says no", which is priceless given that we rely on them to facilitate our cashflow.

These guys really are ‘top tier’, they set the bar so high and always manage to both reach and surpass it.

I’ve been a client now for several years and am very happy to say that they are miles ahead of the competition and an absolute pleasure to do business with.
