Really friendly and helpful

Optimus handled everything for us efficiently leading to a completely stress free holiday. The flights, hotel and transfers arranged were perfect and the cruise was fabulous.

Kenny was very knowledgeable and professional.
He was able to find the cruise I wanted and book it with flights and transfers at a good price.

We booked a cruise around Japan with Sharon. She was extremely courteous, polite and very helpful. She understood our needs and explained all aspects of the package to us. We felt really comfortable booking with Optimus Holidays, will consider booking again with them and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My experience with agent Kenny was very good. He assisted to look for a good cruise and even extend the time for the deposit....

Ricky was great. He answered all my questions, gave us the options we asked for so that we could choose the best package and made sure we were happy with everything at each stage of the booking process.

Our booking was done through Sharon, Who was extremely helpful and secured us a great deal. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she made suggestions to us about transfers and hotels . I would certainly book through her on future cruises.

Kenny answered all our questions professionally and efficiently. We made several changes to what was advertised and nothing was a bother for Kenny. The booking process was easy. We do not travel until November so we do not have all our paperwork as yet. I will update my review after our holiday.

Contacted Optimus regarding a cruise and found Kenny to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He found exactly what we were looking for at a great price.

Their package was very competitive, but more importantly their service was exemplary. Throughout the booking process,and follow-up correspondence, I had a single point of contact with a dedicated advisor who was prompt to respond and very thorough. I recommend them most highly.

Ricky tried his utmost and succeeded in finding me a cruise to the Caribbean on Sky Princess. A fantastic price. Even looked to change the flights so we could fly a few days earlier to Orlando. He was exceedingly patient and his response time on the live chat was very good.
As a retired teacher (old school) I have high standards and Ricky certainly lived up to my expectations. Thank you once again 😀

Ricky was so helpful to me. I have a friend from Germany coming and he adapted things for her to join me. When some things didn’t link up with the flights and the hotel, he upgraded us to another place, at no extra cost. It’s great to know that all the flights and bullet train tickets are all sorted out for us.
Ricky has been really friendly and helpful about it all, whilst working over Christmas.
I’m super excited for this trip now. May it be the first of many!

Top marks to Kenny at Optimus Holidays! We used to always use our local high-street travel agency and had never before arranged holidays over the phone or by email. We were nervous about trying this as we worried about the lack of face-to face contact and the fact that he is down south and we are in Scotland.
Our experience with him was first-class. He was knowledgeable, efficient, supportive, and always at the end of the phone when we needed him.
We couldn't believe it when , on experiencing a serious problem caused by Edinburgh Airport, he actually answered the phone at 6.35am! He talked us through what to do and all was well in the end.
We received all our paperwork from him, by post , as we prefer that to just email.
Nothing was too much bother for him and he arranged an amazing 3 week holiday to South Korea and Japan. He spotted an opportunity for getting premium seats on the plane at a good price and alerted us so we ended up travelling in comfort. We had a fantastic holiday ! We relied on Kenny and he pulled everything off. Well done and Thankyou! Miki
