Optomany

Optomany, DNA Payments, Active Payments all the same company and are great as long as you don't require any kind of customer service.

I've been waiting over a month for a replacement machine and they just don't care. You'll ring to complain but no one will do anything, put a request in to talk to someone more senior and you might get a call back 48hrs later. They will lie to you, and just make up what you want to hear.

If i could give them zero stars i would, one start is too many...!
