Scam Shop on Shopify & Shiprocket delivering it.

Scam Shop on Ads on Youtube, store on Shopify & Shipkart delivers. I did not order the product but it processed directly as COD. When the product arrived i thought since its God's necklace lets accept and pay it. Later when i opened the package it was not the same God's Necklace. I have sent emails and called theopulentnests@, contact.novabazaar@ & 7982865045. Don't purchase from them they are fraud! I ordered a product from The Opulent…

I ordered a product from The Opulent Nest (Order ID: TPN1413972256) and paid ₹1,080 via Google Pay. I received a product completely different from what I ordered. I emailed the seller requesting a return and refund but received no response after 72+ hours. I've now filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.
