The Metal and Glitter Liners are nowhere near pigmented enough to work efficiently as a liner - Disappointing - especially as I purchased every single colour.
The liners are more gel than metal/glitter and very hard to use. They can’t be used easily as a liner product - You would have to build up the coverage which then destroys any attempt at a sharp line.
Definitely fell well short of he mark. ☹️

Beautiful palette, great service
Excellent customer service. I received my package and it had been damaged in the mail. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one without hesitation. Second one arrived in perfect condition. The eyeshadows are extremely pigmented. The colors are beautiful. Hopefully they will make more palettes because I already own every one they make!

Very bad customer service
Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Long delivery time. They didn't reply to my emails, after a lot a emails and calls they denied that i have ever contacted them. They sent me a palette that was bent in the corner.

Not to be trusted on next day delivery!
Ordered an eyeshadow palette on THURSDAY for next day delivery. Today it is MONDAY and it still hasn't arrived. Emailed the company to ask where it is and they said that their website states that they do not deliver on Friday's - this is not true. It actually states that next day delivery is excluded on weekends and bank holidays. The email that I received from them was very curt and sarcastic. If that's how they treat their customers, I certainly won't be returning. You have been warned!

I ordered a gold color glitter, they send me a red color. They dont want to send me the right color, which i think thats the minimum they can do to statisfy their customer or give me a refund for the price of the product and price for the shipping so i can re-order it!! But no, they do not reply the emails and neither do they care about the customers. Think twice before u order here.
