Overcharged, Underdelivered, and Disorganised
The administrative service at Oracle Solutions Asbestos was a nightmare. Our original booking was completely missed with no communication, and we later found out the staff member had left. We were offered a fast-track service as compensation, but even that was delayed. I paid over £400 for a commercial-grade survey on a residential property, and despite all the disruption, was only refunded £90. When the inspector arrived, he said he’d expected a commercial site and even referred to the company as “a bunch of cowboys.” The inspection itself was fine, but the admin side was disorganised, unprofessional, and caused us major inconvenience.
