Do not buy from oracle they do not stand behind there product. I bought flush mount tail light for my gladiator and my right side stop working after a week and a half. I called and email and no call back and email me nothing to help me out. Do not waste your money.

Beware of this company! Do not trust them! Terrible customer service! They dont accept returns! They will sell you the wrong parts that don't even fit your vehicles and then tell you they dont accept returns! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

I bought these a couple of years ago and in that time they've worked for, at most, six (MAYBE eight) months. The harness quality is terrible and I've had to ship the harness back to them to get it fixed plus fixing the harness around three times myself. The provided power converter from 12v to the 5v the LEDs require constantly dies and requires replacement. Additionally, the Bluetooth controller tends to be flaky as well more often than not and I've had to look it up online to replace the PCB board more than once. The design of the harness requires that it be placed near the radiator. The RADIATOR. These items are sensitive electrical components that do not do well around heat. Why would you design them this way?

Lastly, dealing with their customer support is hit or miss. My first encounter with them was great and even though it took some time due to my location, we eventually got the issue sorted. Beyond that, it's been a nightmare getting my money back for these defective headlights. I took it up with the BBB to get my money back but they refused to budge and BBB closed my complaint. So now I'm out over a grand.

Yes, they look great (when they work). They fit well into the body lines of the car. However, unless you're skilled enough to create your own harness for these lights, then stay well away. Buy another brand that are plug and play with DRL's because these are hell to keep running.

I've already notified the car clubs I belong to in the greater KC area to avoid this company (and I belong to many). Do yourself a favor and get another brand of headlight, you'll be thankful you did.

The rock lights i bought are great the only issue i have is oracle has to be the cheapest most stingy company when it comes to wire for there products the average truck is 6’ so they sell you a rock light and extension cable that still won’t reach the battery not to mention thats all a guy wants is 100 connections to fail! You charge for the wires don’t be so cheap on the length what a pain in the ass this is

They are selling faulty products for Mustang and they don't take any responsibilities. Their headlights for Mustang 2015+ are faulty. Don't buy it. After a few weeks, turn signals are not working.
